Blotato is my go-to tool for managing social media. I use it mainly for Facebook and Instagram. It works with pretty much every platform out there — LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, YouTube, and even has an "Other" catch-all category for anything not on that list. What I like most is how easy it makes writing posts. You start with a basic idea (if you can't think of anything, it even has an inspiration section to help you come up with something) then it helps you turn it into something ready to publish. It doesn't feel like work anymore. The scheduling is where it really shines for me. Instead of logging into each app separately, I can schedule posts to multiple platforms at the same time. That alone saves me a ton of time each week. If you post on social media regularly and want to spend less time doing it, give Blotato a try. 10 Stars

I was able to connect to Claude and generate tiktok videos really fast, with little re-adjustments, the connections to posting on social media saves a lot of time. Lots of good instructions on how to work blotato. Help with prompts and never had a problem connecting to it.
Expectations
Overall, it has been a good experience, though the learning curve has been significant. When I started using Blotato, I expected it to be a strong tool for helping create social media content, not just distribute it. So far, that has not been the case. At this point, I am mainly using Blotato to post social content across my different social media accounts. While that function is useful, I am not yet saving meaningful time in my overall workflow. It currently feels more like a publishing tool than a true content creation system. The biggest challenge has been moving from an idea to finished, polished content. Syncing Blotato with Claude requires more alignment than I expected, and creating scalable, high-quality video content has been especially difficult. I have paused my video efforts for now because the output quality has not been where it needs to be, and I am not clear on how to use Blotato to improve or up-level the final result. For Blotato to become more valuable to me, I would need more structured templates, sample workflows, and clear starting points — especially for short-form video, social campaigns, and brand-consistent content. Right now, I am spending too much time trying to figure out how to use the platform instead of saving time. I see the potential in Blotato, but at this stage it has not yet delivered on the content creation side the way I expected. Both Blotato and its founder Sabrina are fantastic resources for marketing professionals. With Blotato you can do in 1 hour what previously would have taken a whole day and then some. And if you're not sure how to use it, just check out any one of a hundred of Sabrina's free tutorials for marketing professionals on her Youtube channel. Blotato can create content, edit pre-existing content, schedule across platforms and perhaps one of my favorite features - change something you've previously scheduled on multiple platforms - and when combined with Claude co-work or code, its done in minutes with just a few simple prompts. Truly mind-blowing.

I have loved using this app to automate my social media content scheduling for the past month, it has saved me lots of time and energy. It is easy to use and easy to program via claude code and also in this native platform.

Overall, it’s been a useful tool for streamlining content creation and distribution, and I’d recommend it to creators or businesses looking to automate parts of their marketing process.
Finally, a publishing tool that fits how I actually work
I've tried a lot of social publishing tools over the years and most of them assume you want to live inside their dashboard. Blotato doesn't. It slots cleanly into the automation I've built in n8n, which means my podcast episodes can go from raw audio to scheduled posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, Substack, and Pinterest with almost no manual lifting on my end. It's been a total time saver and so easy to use.

I've been using Blotato for over a year, and truthfully, it's transformed my thinking about how I use and what AI is. Blotato schedules and posts my content across my social media channels smoothly, gives me ideas on what to post, and is always there to help if I ask for it. For someone who knew nothing about AI, I have come a long way with the support of Blotato and Sabrina. I love that Blotato is continually updating to new features, keeping up with what's going on in AI in real time. But this is what really makes me a forever Blotato diehard: the creator behind it is genuinely invested in teaching and giving back. Blotato has been an amazing tool for both my own social media content and client work. The platform-specific posts help me avoid sounding repetitive, and I can use the inspiration sources along with my own words to create content that feels more natural. I’m still learning how to use it well, but so far it’s been one of the best tools I've found for a normally tiring job.
