Ordered 2 Burton accessory cases for my twins for Christmas. 2 different colors. Two of the same were sent of lesser value than ordered. Reached out to have the correct item sent that also cost more than the item sent. Was told they would not resend the item until the wrong one they sent me was returned to them. Once that was received if the original one that cost more was still available they would then send it. A mistake on their end…. These were Christmas gifts so instead I just kept them but the person I spoke with was so rude!!! Very disappointed with customer service.

Bought a North Face jacket. Was sent one without a hood. Emailed directly and through their website, no reply and it's been a week. Called the phone and it keeps saying "No one is available to take your call". So no way to return a defective product. Buyer Beware.
