It was easy to place the order, but even though my financial details were previously setup, after you received my money, in my opinion, it was really way too long before you sent the products. 8 days after placing the order and 6 days after receiving my money, it still hasn't been shipped. Now it's the weekend tomorrow.

Greedy company with unethical practices
Bold precious metals sucks. They cancelled my order as I was waiting to get a piece of mail to send with my ID verification. Definitely a scummy company that would have kept my order pending if the price of gold dropped/didn’t skyrocket as they were waiting for “verification”. As soon as they saw the opportunity to cancel my order and resell at a higher price, they did just that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

On October 9th, you expressed hesitation about sending your ID to our customer support agent. She informed you that the order would be canceled by the end of the day if we did not receive a valid ID. The following day—after the order had already been canceled—you sent your ID and requested to reinstate the order. Unfortunately, once an order is canceled, it cannot be reactivated.
