Great pieces and super quick receiving…

Great pieces and super quick receiving it! Had some issues with payment at first as it wanted to verify my identity and wouldn't work so told me to call my bank, however this was 2 am and needed them ordered right away. Figured out a secondary way to Make it go through though so everything worked out perfect! And can't beat the price at all!! I'll take good price for little bit longer of a wait any day but super quick on shipping it.

Unhappy customer! Bold Metals needs to get their order…

Bold Metals needs to get their order process ironed out so it actually works! I placed an online order for over $3000 and they cancelled my order although the money has been withdrawn from my credit card, and my available credit went down by the same amount. Now I need to hassle with my card company, who needs this headache. Meanwhile, the price of metals has gone up since yesterday and to repurchase the same items will cost $150 more. I often wonder if this is intentional, since silver shot up on Monday 2/23 from over the weekend. Repeat customer as well, but there are plenty of other reliable dealers out there, so I will not be ordering in the future. My impression is that couldn't give a hoot.

Fraudulent tax collection

I ordered both bullion and numismatic coins. Neither of those items is taxed in Ohio. They decided to tax me on the numismatic coins. I found a really good deal on their website and noticed the tax but the business was closed for a long weekend. I didn’t want to miss the deal, so I purchased the coins and then contacted them to get reimbursed for the tax. They ignored my emails, and the multiple calls didn’t get me anywhere. I would recommend avoiding this company and purchase from a company that values integrity. I will be submitting a tax fraud complaint to the Ohio department of taxation.

After I made the order, they tell me they don’t have it and can’t get it

After I had made my order for payment by wire transfer for some coins - and was trying to follow their laborious process for “identifying” me which required my providing them a Credit Card - they suddenly “cancelled” the order. They emailed me basically “sorry, we actually don’t have this on hand and can’t get it”. This is certainly a shady (or certainly untrustworthy) process to be offering items for sell and arranging for payment and only subsequently telling the customer that they don’t have it and can’t get it. I certainly won’t waste my time with them again.

I love how Bold shows my portfolio of precious me3tals I purchased from Bold. The portfolio shows estimated gain/loss. I wish every other dealer did the same! Outstanding customer support! Excellent support other dealers do not provide but should!!!!!

The number one thing that makes my Precious Metals purchases and experience great is undeniably the simple fact is just doing business with Bold Precious Metals! Nobody beats Bold. One thing with this purchase was that I received it in much less shipping time than all my other orders...I am trying to figure it out why this happened, but my only thoughts at this time is that USPS shipped the package a different route, and instead of it going 250 miles further north past the town I live in, then back down is my only explanation...

rediculous order experience

Placed an order that went wrong because I logged in with my yahoo account, because that was an option, and this confused them. They called me 3x to verify information for a under 1000 purchase, ultimately asking for me to email them a picture of my photo ID. This was after payment was processed. I refused for security reasons and asked for the order to be cancelled. Several weeks later, I'm wondering why I haven't gotten a refund. I'd called a couple of times with meh results. I called again, 4th time, this time choosing the "VIP" agent. She needed me to explain the situation, saying that my order was credited the same day I asked for it to be cancelled. She said itd take an hour to hear back from the finance dept. She asked me if I called my bank, which is frankly a rediculous request. I have online banking for 30 years, why would i CALL MY BANK? I do a chargeback request with my bank. Next day, miraculously, I get a refund from BOLD.
