I love my bond touch. I'm autistic and I find that holding my heart in my hands and feeling the heart beat calms me. They do take a little bit of getting used to and I found setting it up a bit stressful because it takes a while to work but once it does it's just perfect and over recommended one to lots of people

I LOVE the product. The problem is that I never received a ship date. My friend got her bracelet, and I never even got a shipment notification. It was a pre-order; but when I purchased my bond,not did not have a shipping date. I emailed bond, and dealt with Laura, in Lisbon? She signed her emails Laura, Lisbon. SHE is a rock star. Answered all my questions swiftly and professionally. Please let her know she is appreciated! I did finally receive my watch; whatever carrier delivered it was a day late.

Couple alert... these are addicting!!

I purchased the Bond 4 for my husband and myself. We both love the spontaneity and intimacy that they provide. I know everytime I receive his buzz that he though of me and wants to remind me how much he loves me. Same goes for him. He absolutely loves receiving my buzzes lol. They are great quality and look great on. We highly recommend.

Unexpected Level of Connection and Comfort

My husband just deployed, I sent him this bracelet shortly after he arrived there, and it has made us feel so connected. He’s away for 9 months. And it truly is another unexpected level of comfort.

My experience so far!

My girlfriend loves them!! Connecting them/setting them up was easy. The touch sensor has been responsive and has given no issues. One thing we both agreed on is that having different band styles and materials would be nice!! But so far we haven’t had an issue with them falling off or clasp issues! 10/10 experience 🤗. Big thank you to the team!!

Please make a better bracelet for bond 4. It’s such a great project but the bracelet is literally from the dollar store I work in a constantly active job. And have lost the bracelet and had it missing many times It’s just so unfortunate because now I don’t have a way to use bond touch

I would highly recommend this product

I would highly recommend this product. My boyfriend got me the heart necklace for my birthday and I wear it almost every day. I actually purchased another necklace for my mom so she could have my grandmother‘s heartbeat as we just put her on hospice. I would definitely recommend thisto anyone that wants to feel close to a loved one!

Amazing Service!

My bracelet fell off due to a faulty wrist strap and Bond Touch replied promptly with a replacement! So easy and amazing customer service :) 10/10!!

Both products were defective

Both products were defective. First one will not wake, the second one will not play any recorded beat. Emailed customer service and no response. Would not recommend at all. UPDATE: Received email from Bond-touch about resolving the issue. They asked for more detail. Replied with the following on 10/21: Hi there! Both items were charged according to the instructions, and after the appropriate charging time both items display a green led indicator. One item will respond to the wake action, but the other does not. The one that does respond to the wake action will pair with a phone and accept a heartbeat. However, when the item is asked to play the heartbeat back nothing happens. I've attempted to switch beats, and start the pairing process over with no difference in outcome. The one item that does not wake has still not functioned despite multiple attempts to wake the device. Please advise, thank you for your help! Have a nice day, Daniel

Smart-looking but expensive

Smart-looking devices that are good quality. Took a while to get the second linked up to the app, and the touch recognition is hit and miss so does require a few attempts, but a lovely idea for loved ones who are apart. V. Comfortable to wear, although I keep expecting to see the time on it! Would be nice to integrate with a smart watch so it is more functional for the price you're paying as does feel a lot.

It really help my distance relationship, its not sure when im going to see my boyfriend, it could be in 5 months it could be in 10 but this bracelet makes us feel close. Every time I feel the "touch" I genuinely smile and feel more closed. I love it!
