It was definitely a little difficult to get set up. I wasn’t able to get it to wake up for about an hour after it was fully charged, but after it finally woke up and I was able to set it up correctly. It’s been working just fine now.

I ordered a bracelet for my daughter. It continues to come unlatched. This is the second bracelet I’ve ordered for her due to her losing her first one while on a hike. That one fell off due to the latch.

The heart came in quickly. Surprised my girlfriend with it and she fell in love with it. In the short time after I gave it to her while I worked out side she squeezed it over 30 times and every time I came in to check on her because she was sick she had the chain around her hand and wrist and the heart in her palm. Even after I left for the night she squeezed it more times. Homerun with it.

I love the thought that my partner has me in their mind and can just tap their wrist to let me know, I do the same for him and honestly I’ve been a bit happier and don’t have to ask for constant reassurance, only downside is that it doesn’t stay connected all the time and I might miss a message.

I love my bond heart necklace so much! It does everything it’s supposed to do. It’s easy to set up and to link to the app and record heartbeats. The heartbeat recordings are very accurate as I tried it with multiple different people and each of them were different. The battery life seems to be good and the vibrations are relatively strong when touching the heart to feel the heartbeat. It looks nice to wear and isnt too bulky at all - I bought the gold chain for my bond heart and that looks very pretty too. I’m glad I bought this product!

Makes me and my partner feel closer while long distance, especially during times we can't text like work. It makes us feel more connected even when we don't have the time to text eachother back :) plus, knowing it's them buzzing you on the other side is extremely nice & feels so personal.

I love it. But my boyfriend is allergic to the charging metal on the underside. He can’t wear it for long. It would be great if there was a case or something to cover the charging metal so he could wear it more.

Ordered a watch and realized the phone must be within 10 feet for it to work. Contacted customer service for a return. Went around in circles with AI Chatbot. Answered tons of questions, submitted photos. A human steps in and asks the same questions and needs more pictures. Still have not received a return label. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR RETURN POLICY - IT’S ALL A LIE. Now I have to contact my CC company for help. What a waste of time!

Can’t receive touches unless physically on the app. I just get a notification and then have to click it to get the buzz. Completely pointless I’m fuming.
The instant connection is really what makes these devices special. Having to go through the app kind of misses the magic of that spontaneous little buzz. Sounds like there might be some connectivity or notification settings that aren't working quite right. Have you tried any troubleshooting with the app permissions or notification settings? We've loved our bond touches, but mine has started glitching, it doesn't vibrate now just randomly stopped. It still flashes and sends touchs to my partner when i tap it and flashes when he sends me one. I might randomly feel a 1sec vibrate only sometimes. I've tried everything, updating, reinstalling, resetting bluetooth and nothing has fixed issue.

I ordered two bracelets on July 8 and they still haven't arrived. They say it is lost in traffic, but when I asked PostNL for details they said that nothing had arrived at their assortiment at all

Got a bracelet from them and it was partially broken (vibration unit was detached from the housing) but emailed them about it and within a couple days now have a new one on the way. Bond Touch, if anyone does actually read these reviews, please give Barbara Lisbon a raise. She deserves it.

Was a smooth buying experience- bought a pair of Touch Bond 4 bracelets for me and my partner; shipped with 24hrs and arrived not long after that! Really great product that we both have really enjoyed using. My only issue with the actual product itself is that the strap is not very secure and came undone on 4 separate occasions; the first 3 times I noticed it had come undone and slipped off my wrist and was able to retrieve it, but on the 4th occasion I was not so lucky and ended up losing the bracelet after having it for approx. a week 😔 There’s no ability to track the bracelet when it is not connected to your phone so if this happens to you you will not be able to track it down like you would a smart watch or similar device. As it was not cheap I was quite annoyed and frustrated by this. We now have one bracelet that is pretty much redundant without its partner until I can replace the watch (which I do intend to as it’s a great product) - and that is a shame because I was really enjoying using it. Until this design flaw in the standard bracelet strap is addressed I would recommend taking a look at some of the other straps that they offer- it’s a lot of money to be slipping off your wrist!
