Your work is complex and not very…
Your work is complex and not very clear. I didn't know who the host was because you didn't provide the service professionally. This cost me money to hire other technicians to fix the problem, but I couldn't find the right course of action. Unfortunately, you refuse to refund the purchase amount of approximately $300 and refuse to refund even less than $200

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify for future customers: domain purchases/leases do not include email or hosting services. A refund was requested 5 days after purchase, which was outside of our 24-hour refund window. As a courtesy, we refunded the full $115 setup fee even though it was beyond the policy timeframe. We always aim to be transparent about what’s included in each package and appreciate feedback that helps us improve communication with customers before purchase.

Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional and Unfair Review Process
BrandBucket’s review system is a joke. I’ve had quality domains rejected there, only to sell them quickly on other platforms like Atom. Paying for review tokens is a waste, it feels like a scam. Save your time and money. There are much better places to sell and buy domains.
