We have never had a claim, so nothing to be said there! And hopefully we will never have a claim. That said, communications from the company are not the best. We have been with BriteCo for several years and the premium has risen every year! Would be nice if we got some information/explanation rather than just an email with a number on it!

We had an excellent experience with BriteCo and Kaitlyn Rigdon, who helped us on our claim. Kaitlyn was very easy to talk to about this and was knowledgeable on the process. We felt like we were in good hands. The claim process sounded daunting but it was very straightforward and easy. We appreciated Kaitlyn checking in on us through the process. Was a bit disappointed with the response time from the jeweler you recommended; it took him over 2 months to make the bracelet and when I received it , on the very same day I got it , it broke . However, I was glad to hear from Briteco that I would be receiving the full value of the bracelet insured . It did take another week to get the check. I have to say that the customer service agents were accommodating and helped as much as they could to get everything moving .
