Amazing chair, can't even tell its refurbished. Chair came 90% assembled which was really nice. The seat with the extra padding is immediately comfortable and feels natural. The material covering the seat feels nice and hopefully will with stand my furry monsters claws. The arm rests were the original ones but they look brand new and are very nice gel pads that I can dig my elbows in. Wheels are the originals but again feel brand new and have no issue gliding. Backpad is very flexible and does not feel like it bottoms out. Lumbar, Reclining, Seat Height, and Seat depth have many options to adjust for wacky sized people like me. There are also tons of video's out there to add your own custom headrest which wasn't needed but definitely is appreciated to have if your above 6 feet.
Had one minor issue with shipping which was a slightly broken seatpan glider and they sent me a replacement within a few days along with instructions. Took me 5 minutes to replace and now I have an extra glide for the otherside since they sent me both.

Total failure. Didn't send the chair with the correct parts. Chair cannot be assembled. Holes on the bottom of the seat and no there for the armrests. There should be six , there are none.

Chair is in great shape, very happy with my purchase. Very sturdy packaging as well. One of the arms is a bit loose and wobbles a little, but nothing a shim couldn’t fix. I would buy again

Ordered a refurbed Steelcase V2. Great upgrade to the $150 office chair from Costco - makes a big difference when working remote. I was a little skeptical it'd be just an overpriced uncomfortable chair but I'm super happy with it.

Well hello there Lamia, where have you been for the last 10 years
Plenty of research and reviews. Shipping arrived earlier than anticipated. Box had no damage. Instructions were clear and concise. We got the Lamia, and it looks and operates like a brand new chair. Previous chair was purchased from a big box store about ten years ago. Was wearing on the body. Back, hips, tailbone pain daily. This chair has better padding, with more adjustments to dial it in. Extremely comfortable for long days. More energy at the end of the day, with none of the previous pains. All levers, lift, and adjustments work perfectly. The price paid is well worth that alone, not to mention the warranty. Thanks BTOD!

Lamia chair excellent!
I have a Hag Capisco already but that chair is not meant for sitting in for hours at a time while I work. I draw for a living, so hours of intense concentration mean I often lose track of my body's stress level until I'm already sore and aching. The Lamia has been great. Good for a shorty like me who likes sitting cross legged. And the adjustable arms make it easy to prop my arm up so I can draw without straining my shoulder.
