Customer service is very good, I accidentally ordered a item two times and after one E-Mail I got the second order refunded. Sadly the bracelet that I ordered has the wrong size and the gold plating on it is already starting to fall off after a week.
Also, they send a lot of E-Mails to you about new offers and such, which I find annoying but wouldn't call it spam.

The goods arrived in a great packaging, the gift box a little tumbled, about 3 weeks from order. Now I am not an expert, but I do not think that these beads are white jade. To me they look and feel like quite nicely done plastics. Overall the mala is nice, but unfortunately, I do not believe it to be jade. It is not good to have people believe they are buying real stone, with healing properties, and getting plastic. Lesson learned: always purchase only what you can get immediately and what you can feel and see.

White jade bodhi is the seed of natural bodhi. If you don’t keep it well, it will turn yellow and red after a long time.
When you burn it with a lighter, there will be a burning smell of melon seeds. The oil inside will be secreted, and it will be carbonized and cracked after being fully burned.
Plastic is not the same like this at all!
If you don't hold the white jade Bodhi often, then you need to keep it dry and preserved. If necessary, keep it with moth balls, otherwise there will be bugs.

Product (white jade) looks/feels like plastic (still think it may be). Like that is it strung on elastic (so I can also wrap it around my wrist).
Green Jade is much better quality, but strung too tightly, and not on elastic.

Extremely disappointed. I deal with semi-precious stones and your bracelet is NOT jade. It is an imitation of jade beads! Jade does not have a white center core where the holes in the beads are. To advertise it as a genuine jade bracelet is false advertising and not worth the shipping cost! If it’s too good to be true, then it usually is! BUYER BEWARE!
