I made a typo, so my order got shipped to the wrong address. When i called they didnt ignore me at all. They jumped to the chance to send out a new waterfall in 15 days time. Giving me options to relocate th address and answering all my questions wich a fast and very polite email reassuring me that my money was well spent. 😀 Even know ive waiting three months for this, im so excited to experience the smells and calming arroma. 😌 Next stop... If I could give them a 0 I would. Scam company. I didn’t finalise any purchase or payment. I was only browsing. Plus when I’ve rang bank to report them they have put recurring payment in. I have not purchased anything, but they take payment. Tried to contact them and they have ignored 5 emails. They taken the money fraudulently and I had no idea. Thank god for online banking so I could see it, but I’ve still got to wait whilst they investigate. Please avoid the company. Do not even browse as somehow they take money and out in recurring payment
I loved this so much, I purchased 2 more to give as gifts!! Adorable design, sturdy, and the incense smells wonderful!!! I will burn one in the morning and can still walk into my house in the afternoon and smell the lovely scent! Customer service was awesome! I had made a mistake on my order and they got back to me quickly, and resolved it for me. LOVE this company and LOVE this product!!

SCAM! Exactly the same as others! Placed an order totalling £17.99. These fraudsters took TWO seperate amounts from my account totalling £92. 500% more than I authorised. Neither amount was even for £17.99. I have a screenshot confirming the stated price as £17.99. Absolute tosh

I have a screenshot confirming the stated price as £17.99. I Immediately demanded a refund whereby I was fobbed off with 'extras' and vouchers and other deflectionary crap. Not once did these fraudsters deny the fact they'd taken £92 from my account rather than the authorised £17.99. Since informing them of my escalating the matter to my bank and to law enforcement they've gone silent. DISHONEST, DISREPUTABLE, FRAUDSTERS. AVOID AT ALL COST!! Edit: Raised dispute with my bank. My bank immediately refunded me the monies fraudulently taken by this company minus the £17.99 I had authorised. Would you believe, 10mins later (after 24hrs+ of complete communication blackout from them) these fraudsters messaged me agreeing to cancel my order and refund me in full. My advice if you have been unfortunate enough to fall for this SCAM, bypass the delaying and deflection tactics of these fraudsters and go straight to your bank.
I bought two incense burners but never received any insence. I contacted customer service first seemed helpful and offered me a 100-pound gift card. I went onto the website to order burners that came to. 93 dollars for 1 pack, when burner with incense burner only cost me £50...with postage. The cart wouldnt accepts gift cards until I entered my bank details. I was lied to and conned. The exact burners are on Amazon for £8.99...Six dollars. The burners are 15 British pounds. Rip off. From China and overpriced.Great idea but this company taking Mickey at those prices. Never buy from a youtube ad. If you like the look of the product being advertised look around first and you will notice the advertisement scam.
THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I had intrusive ads. from this company & bought a product because I liked the look of it but they kept bombarding me with extra offers. I contacted them in minutes to cancel but the ignored me. I sent 8 or 9 emails almost begging them not to send it all the way to UK. They overcharged me anyway £31.19 & refused to cancel. I then purchased exactly the same in uk for £4.35 including carriage but it was rubbish anyway. BEWARE. DO NOT CAUSE YOURSELF THE GRIEF.
What a fool I've been. This company is a Joke Tried to get a refund just 20 minutes after ordering. Emails that I got back seem to be a computer algorithm of love and harmony replies on all messages. Company could've and should've put the order on hold before shipping out and dealing with the situation but just sent stupid messages back to delay and then just shipped it out, making it too late for a refund and so if I now wanted a refund I would have had to send the item back to America. So when the item arrived, I tried it out and what a load of rubbish smoke only poured down to one level and pooled on the second leaf not dropping any further down. Incense stunk of burnt wood and wax tried several different positions of placing the cones and several different scents of the cones and they all did exactly the same. Not even worth an Ebay re'sell only fit for the Dump. Utter Rubbish now in the bin. This is what happens when I do impulse buying and not checking reviews and other reliable places to buy from. PLEASE NO ELSE FALL FOR THIS UTTER RUBBISH.
This waterfall is a complete waste of time. Even the slightest draught of air causes the waterfall effect to stop flowing and falling to the lower areas of the burner. I have tried several times to have this work in various positions in the house and the results are the same. Also the burner cones leave a very bad sticky residue on the burner. This item does not flow gently like advert shows rather just gives of a nice smell. Waste of time and money.
