Awesome Customer Service Provided

I placed an order for 2 Inscent Waterfalls. but the extra offers added to my order even when I clicked no thank you, I was charged an extra $75.56. but James the representative was very helpful and issued me a refund. i was also able to speak with Lorana the supervisor. and she was also very helpful and polite. Both of them deserve My big thank you for great customer service. Great Job!!

Please give running totals BEFORE the order is placed

I ordered your waterful last night, and thought the total would be about $30, because I added your cones. It came to double that, because you do not show a running total to customers, and you are not clear about what someone actually spends when they choose an offer. Also, you throw a number of offers at someone that they were not planning to purchase. It's tiring, and you need to SHOW THEM WHAT THEY ARE SPENDING BEFORE THEY SPEND IT, because that will decrease your calls and complaints for clarity about this. That said, I spoke to a lovely lady named Lindy, who I'm sure gets her head ripped off multiple times daily because of how your website works. She "compensated my inconvenience" by sending an extra bag of cones at no charge. However, that's not the reason I am giving her this rating. She is very polite and apologetic on the phone, and very good with customers. I would give 5 stars, but for the inconvenience, but that isn't her fault, and I think this was to comment on the total experience. Lindy, however is a 5-star customer service rep, and she should get a raise for her efforts. She is not telling me to say this, so she is not in trouble. Just clarify your website and give customers running totals BEFORE they finalize their orders.

My experience with Lindsay was awesome she helps me a lot and I do have to apologize for to the gentleman prior to this call I was not very polite to him because of my attitude but Lindsey she made me feel comfortable and she talked to me about the situation and I was at able to explain my side and she was able to explain what was going to happen next and how it was getting fixed and I appreciate her so much

Customer service is simply put amazing!!! I was assisted by two amazing people, Sugar and Unizel. They went above and beyond making sure the issue at hand (address) was fix to ensure my order would arrive on time. Not only that, they followed up with me to make sure I had gotten tracking number, email, etc. I received my order today. Everything was perfect 🥰. Incense smells awesome and the little voodoo doll is the cutest thing!! I will definitely shop again!! Thank you again Sugar and Unicel. ❤️🙏🤗

Excellent Customer Support

I am very satisfied with the service I received from Inscents Waterfall Support. Everyone was so helpful. When there was an issue with the tracking number I contacted them and was immediately issued a new tracking number, which I was able to track my package right to my front door today. The package arrived in perfect condition. Since it is a gift for my daughter, I can't review the Inscent Waterfall. But upon inspection, it is sturdy and it's vivid colors are very pretty. Customer Service was excellent.
