I made a small mistake by ordering more inscent cones than I planned to. I reached out to see if I could get the extra cones cancelled, and they offered two things, either I could get refunded my money back, or keep the extra ones and get a extra 100 cones on top of what I accidentally ordered for FREE! They were very easy to negotiate with and didn’t take long to respond to my request at all. I recommend them 100%!

I purchased some items from them. I asked to cancel. They tried to upsell me multiple times until the cancellation period of 24 hours had passed, and then they claimed I was unable to cancel because I had passed the cancellation period. I grudgingly took what I paid for, asked to have the app cancelled. Today, I find out they did not cancel my app. I sent an email asking to cancel it. Again, they try to upsell me, telling me I can get a free blahblahblah if I'll keep it. I email back saying I have no intention of keeping it, thinking they would respond immediately given how quickly they responded to my first email. Silence. I email a new email, explaining I want to cancel the app, why, and how I DO NOT WANT to be upsold. The response is identical, which makes me think there isn't even really a person reading/responding to these, it's just automatically picking up the word "cancel". I'm almost positive now that the point is to give me the runaround until my cancellation date of two days from now so they can charge me anyway. I recommend buying from any other company. This one is a nightmare.

I did have complications with my order at the beginning but throughout the whole process whenever i emailed or called, whoever helped me made sure i was satisfied at the end of our conversation. the workers really helped me get everything i needed and were so helpful along the way. i always read reviews and ask myself “are these reviews fake to make the company look good” but i am here to tell you that everyone who helped genuinely cared about helping me in any way they could and i appreciate that so much. i recommend you buy with this company and once again i couldn’t b more appreciative with everyone’s help in this business!!!

I initially had complications with receiving my waterfall and I believed it to be a lost cause. After posting a brief but negative review, I was reached out to and they made it right by sending out a replacement. I am happy with the waterfall, it works great and the cones seem to be good enough though I will say I am going to shop around for more preferable scents (in my personal opinion). I can definitely appreciate that a supervisor from the company made the effort to reach out to me to make my initial issue right. He made the resolution very easy. In the end I am satisfied as a customer with both the customer service I received and the product that I finally got.

I purchased an incensewaterfall in the beginning of Dec. Very excited when it arrived, only to find that it had been broken during transport. I reached out to the sellers, and they responded immediately. They asked for some pictures for verification, and I sent them. No muss, no fuss, got right back to me to let me know another would be on the way. So refreshing to deal with folks who really care about their products and the people who purchase them.

I ordered the waterfall burner with 100 free cones when it was delivered the bag of cones had come open and the were scattered all over the shipping bag resulting in several of them broken.I sent a email explaining what had happened.understandably they wanted proper documentation.I sent what they asked for and they promptly replaced the broken items.I could not have asked for more courteous service the person that handled my claim was absolutely great!!!

Was calling to see what was going on with my order waited on hold for about 10 minutes before hanging up then received a phone call 3 minutes later from a representative. Really appreciate the effort to keep us customers in the loop on our items !

I did some online shopping 🛍 and ran into a couple of issues that needed to be resolved by those involved in this purchase. Expecting a long, antagonistic interaction, I was very pleasantly surprised to find the exact opposite of what I first expected. Instead of a confrontational exchange I had a very, very friendly, professional, courteous exchange with a great representative who not only solved my issues, but actually interested me in making additional purchases. In this day and age in which we live, unfortunately, it is a rarity when one receives excellent service from a company. Fortunately, I recently experienced one of these rare occasions after placing an order with Inscents Waterfall. I had a major dispute with an order I placed with them. They not only responded IMMEDIATELY to my dispute but exceeded my expectations in resolving the dispute. (Even though my dispute centered around a mistake that I made with the order.) Bravo! I highly recommend this company if you are in the market for one of its products.
