I am so excited to see this product in action. I can say that the customer service is wonderful! Due to some issue with FedEx my fountain was lost in transit. But the company took care of that! So even though it's way past my birthday now I can't wait to receive this product!

I did not receive everything I paid for. The CSR took my information, told me to forward my invoice along with pictures of what I received, which I did. She was very nice and patient. I am currently waiting for the cones that were left out of my order. Thank you.

I had emailed them wanting to cancel my order and they immediately responded asking why and offering me free stuff. I had wanted to cancel it because I saw a review saying that person never received their fountain. They had ensured that I would receive my order and we’re very nice about. I am very pleased with how they responded

I bought this waterfall Inscent burner for my granddaughter for Christmas. I had seen it on several sites and thought it looked unique. She loved it!! Ordering was easy. It arrived before Christmas as was promised. After seeing the burner, my daughter decided she wants one too. It really is gorgeous.

I would like to compliment Eliza for handling my matter over my recent order. My 1st call this morning, with Ann (who hung up, or disconnected) apologized & I hadn't even told her what my call was regarding. Eliza listened, after verifying my order, & refunded my bank for the overcharged amount for the 200 additional incense as the ad said it was $19.99 for these but my immediate confirmation showed $39.99; she honored that price. She also removed the meditation app, as I had requested on 2 separate emails, because the ad did not make it clear that this would be a billable subscription. The confirmation of the order also showed the waterfall incense burner when I was ordering the voodoo doll burner. The shipment confirmation email showed the voodoo doll so this issue resolved itself. 5 stars for Eliza today for great customer service!

I was looking for an update on my 2nd order. I received an email with information for my 1st order only. The first representative couldn't find the info and hung up. I called back and spoke to Noor. She apologized for the pervious rep. She was pleasant and helpful. She got the information I needed in no time. She is an asset to your company. Kudos Noor.

Bought an incents waterfall from an advert on Facebook for £18, £4 postage in June 2021. This was a gift for my daughters birthday. On opening the gift in December all perfectly boxed. She turned over the pot and it was cracked in 2 places on the back of it. This was clearly put in the box broken as the box and packag ing was not damaged in any way. I have since been InTouch with them and told I only had 7days for return or refund. I spoke by email with them many times and was told there was nothing they could do? I have since contacted paypal and it is too complicated to get back in touch with my bank etc. I would not recommend getting one from incents as clearly they do not have good customer relations etc we they would not even send a replacement and are still advertising on Facebook and it is now cheaper. I am very disappointed I will never buy off Facebook again.

at first the customer service was giving offers rather than getting to what I wanted to do, (but that's understandable because of marketing) but after, they were very understanding & apologetic about the situation and cancelled the order + gave me the refund I asked for. the representative was karyl 🙏🏻

Excellent customer service
Decided that I wanted to cancel meditation app subscription ASAP sent email per instructions and less than 12 hours later on a Sunday morning day after new year's day received email answers from customers service representative confirmation of my wishes

Don't believe everything you hear! I was hesitant about ordering because of some of the negative comments. But had already placed my order.....SO GLAD I DID! My order not only came in a short amount of time, but is MORE than I expected! Someone told me once, the reason we see so many neg. comments from people that were unhappy for one reason or another.....is because when something doesn't go perfectly we complain............BUT for the double-triple amount of people that had NO PROBLEMS an NO COMPLAINTS, they're busy enjoying the beautiful products they got! Made sense to me, an glad that thought has stuck, just seeing a neg. review doesn't mean there weren't 2-3 times as many HAPPY PEOPLE..........and I'm 1 of them!
