It took more than the initial two hours and then at the 3rd hour when I started asking for an escalation then they had questions. I don’t feel like they read my initial submission cause most of the question were answered in the submission. All the pharmacies were closed by the time they responded.

It’s always a great experience. This company has allowed me to afford my inhalers and still be able to feed my family without having to pick one and go without the other. It was great except this time they didn’t text me back. About four hours later I went to the website and realized they had emailed me back for more info a few minutes after I filled out the forms. I usually am instructed by text to read the messages. So it was a really long time until I figured it out. The meds were spot on and my symptoms are already better.

I'm thrilled with my experience with CollonDoc. The application took less than 10 minutes and even though they said it would be 2-3 hours, my prescription was called in, in around 30 minutes! I tried another company that same morning and never even heard back. So grateful for options like this especially as a busy mom of 4 young children.
