Aicha Fofana, LPN was outstanding. I had been stung by a swarm of insects or bees at dusk while taking out the trash cans, on my feet, ankels and legs. She was able to diagnosis and prescribe medication and cream and the inflimation and pain has gone down significantly in the last 2 days. Of note, the bees were not done with me, received another two or three stings on my arm yesterday and believe I now know where the nest or hive might be hiding under our slate patio. Thank you a million times. Starting to feel much better.

Provider Maninder Kaur was terrific--good listener; asked good questions; articulated a plan of recovery. And perfectly prompt. She also followed up to see how I was doing. I will definitely seek her out again.
She was on time to the virtual appointment and was quick to assess the issue and give a prescription for what was needed. It was sent quickly to the pharmacy which did receive it by efax. The whole process was very smooth at a low cost especially since I am visiting the US from out of country. It was helpful that she asked for photos which I sent before the actual appointment.
I had an amazing experience with my provider. She was incredibly understanding, attentive, and easy to talk to. I felt like she genuinely listened to my concerns and took the time to understand what I was experiencing rather than rushing through the appointment. Sesame is a wonderful platform that allows us uninsured people to still receive care and medication refills conveniently. The providers, however, are not all great. I've seen 4 different providers now. One talked over me the whole time and changed all my medication suddenly, another didn't show up to the appointment, and another was so unfriendly it was uncomfortable. But that's not Sesame's fault.
