Samantha Turcotte was very understanding, easy to talk to and very helpful. My appointment was very easy to get through as well as the whole process. The fees are affordable and reasonable. Just a very smooth and comfortable experience which I am grateful for as I was kind of stressed about trying something new like this. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing care and their services. I will continue to use when I have a need. Lastly I got an appointment the very same morning! Unheard of these days.

Good communication and good results!

Terrible experience

Well, the provider couldn’t get my drug approved. Nor could she even put my correct age in my visit recap, even though my date of birth was right there. But, hey, she was only off by 15 years. The app was also terrible. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company when there are so many others out there that do the same thing.

Poor communication and lack of follow-up from Agnes Opara, DNP

I had a very disappointing experience with Agnes Opara, DNP. My main concern was not simply that she prescribed a 30-day supply instead of 90 days. The bigger issue was the communication. During the visit, I tried to explain that if a 90-day supply was not possible, I did not want to proceed with a 30-day prescription. Despite that, a 30-day prescription was still issued. The provider also recommended a follow-up visit for the next month, but I did not feel that this plan was clearly discussed with me or that my agreement was confirmed. After the visit, I sent multiple follow-up messages over two days asking for clarification and trying to resolve the prescription issue, but I did not receive a response from the provider. I understand that prescription duration is ultimately a provider’s clinical decision. My dissatisfaction is about the communication, the lack of confirmation of my wishes, and the lack of follow-up after I repeatedly tried to contact the provider. I felt that my concerns as a patient were not adequately heard or respected. This was a very frustrating experience, and I would not choose Agnes Opara, DNP again.

Dr. O was perfect. He was friendly, communicative, and straight to the point. He asked appropriate questions and made sure my needs were met. Menopause support

I’m so glad that I came across Sesame while searching for help with navigating my symptoms. I’ve seen Rasheena Moonie, WHNP-BC twice for post menopausal care. Rasheena is so kind and knowledgeable. She listens to my concerns and makes me feel seen and heard. Now I know I’m not crazy- definitely just post menopausal lol. I really appreciate this service available on Sesame. $59 per month is a great price for quick, efficient care. Highly recommended!

Everything was easy and straight forward I got exactly what I needed and my appointment was only five minutes… I wish it lasted a bit longer tho bc of the price but I definitely would recommend this to anyone !!
