Easy online process with an immediate offer after answering a few questions about the vehicle. I was also contacted via email and text right away so I could have a point of contact at CarBrain. Olvin Mejia was my contact and he worked diligently with me to schedule a pickup and payment of my vehicle. Pickup was the next day with a 2 hour window. I was paid cash on the spot and the the vehicle was towed away at no cost to me. The whole process took 15 minutes. Great customer service and no hassles.

Genuinely surprised how easy the whole process to sell my car was. I submitted a request and Olvin Mejia reached out to schedule a pickup the very next day. Olvin answered all my questions and kept in contact through the pickup. I just signed over the title and received immediate payment. Would definitely use again in the future.
Be very careful with these people
I wouldn't have left the one star but because I needed to leave this review this place drug me along for probably 6 days they made an offer on my car I got my title notarized they wanted me to get their information put on the on the title thank God I did not do that because when I finally was able to get in contact with someone they said some lies and that they're going down on the offer so after dragging me along for so many days they substantially went down on my offer like when I tell you they offered me $3,005 which was not a lot by the time they got done with me they offered me $200 I wouldn't mess with these people it was a very fishy sketchy situation never again

I had a really good experience with CarBrian. My car's engine seized and the cost to fix it was more than the value of the car. I reached out to CarBrian and within just over 24 hours my car was picked up by their tow truck and I was given a check. The service was extremely fast and efficient but what stood out the most was the communication. Robin, my assigned contact with CarBrian, was extremely communicative and kept me updated and informed every step of the way. I highly recommend.

The reason, and I mean the ONLY reason that I'm giving you all a 5 star rating, is because of Ms Nancy. I, originally, gave you all 1 star rating, but she came in and moved mountains. My car was titled in my husband's name and my maiden name, and none of the banks wanted to touch it, and IAA was not budging on how they wrote the check. After some feuding, though, Ms Nancy(in Florida), got them to, at least, write the check in such a way that my husband was able to cash it without me. When I say it took some feuding, I mean that even she saw my not nice side. But she remained ever so apologetic, courteous and professional and talked me down from the ledge. And it ended happily. I want to thank her, and I believe upper management should thank her, because social media is a very effective battleground, and I was ready to wield my sword. I would have let the masses know exactly how I felt, and I wouldn't have been nice. But I'm now, not just satisfied, but happy with my experience and I thank Ms Nancy, and Ms Nancy, alone. She's what customer service and management should be, in every way. Thank you, again!
