Zero stars would be much better. They talk about how they partner with reputable tow companies, but we wasted an entire day waiting for a tow driver that never showed up and started screaming at my spouse for inquiring where they were after they dodged our calls all day. Then I left a voicemail and I got screamed out by the customer service rep and she wouldn’t listen. Please do not do any business with this agency. They are fraudulent and they definitely don’t partner with the best like they try to pretend. This entire company is bullshit and shady. There are plenty of other more reputable companies to deal with than this one.
Fast, Efficient and I Got Paid Fairly!
I needed to sell a truck that had been sitting in my driveway for well over a year. It had some issues, and I figured I wouldn’t get much for it. I’ve never sold a vehicle, and was extremely leery about selling it to a company online. I was iffy about CarBrain at first, but the more I researched, I liked what I saw. I decided to take a chance and submitted my vehicle info. Bill got back to me within an hour an offer that was WAY more than I expected. I accepted the offer the following morning, and the next morning, a tow driver was at my house first thing with check in hand for what I was offered. The whole process took not even two days. It was seamless, stressless, straightforward and fast. Bill communicated promptly and professionally, and their tow driver was very courteous and accommodating. I highly recommend CarBrain!
Easy no hassle experience start to finish
Car brain made the entire experience a pleasure. The online form was easy to fill out, and they quickly made a reasonable offer that I accepted without question (especially since the motor needed work and wouldn’t start) The driver showed up on time, checking hand, gave it a quick once over, and loaded it up. After someone destroyed my gas tank for whatever reason I could not afford to fix it on top of other issues my vehicle was having. I called around to find a place that would pay top dollar and tow away my SUV for me. Every place I called gave me a low bid until I reached out to CarBrain. Diego was who I worked with and not only did I get a much higher bid but also this place takes care of everything with reporting to the DMV for you and stuff. Diego helped me through this process with compassion making it so easy for me and since this was a very emotional situation for me I truly appreciate him for this!! Any issues or questions that I had Diego instantly took care of it and made me feel heard during this entire process!
