Care.com has helped me find awesome people that need childcare services throughout several years. The customer service center has been great! I also enjoy interviewing with families to see if we are the right fit for each other. If there was a space on the platform to rate, and or to give feedback on the families that we are employed by that would be an awesome bonus to add to the website! Having the resources to be able to share your experience with future care providers is fair game.

I got a ton of applicants, quickly. Some more qualified than others, and found someone easily. The pricing and info about charges is very confusing, and it feels like that is on purpose. I’m willing to write reviews but resent having to go to ANOTHER web site to do it.

Care.com provides a highly functional platform with high quality leads to people needing home care services. The app provides a seamless way to connect with clients with filters that i fine-tune to allow a more viable list. The posted jobs are very accurate up to date at a very reasonable cost.

I'm so glad I found care.com it has been by far the best place to find new work. Many times I dont even have To look for it people just reached out to me and those people have been the best clients I have got. I love the fact that they do background check I Think that gives everybody a sense of trust in letting someone coming into their house, I also like the fact that current clients can live you reviews which helps a lot on fi dinG new work. Overall I am very thankfull for this site my experience here has been very positive

Care.com sent us some winners and some losers. We were able to find an excellent housekeeper via the site, after interviewing a half dozen. You are able to interact with the applicants directly after initially finding them on Care.com. We chose to hire someone who had impeccable references and whose job requirements fit out needs. Care.com's support team was responsive when I had some trouble navigating the site. I would recommend Care.com to anyone seeking to hire help.

I have not had any issues with the caregivers that I hired from this site, however their customer service is not helpful. They were charging my card after I cancelled the membership. They tell me that the account was “closed” but the subscription was still active (??) so they were valid charges. Incredibly, when you contact them by email from their site they close the case as soon as they answer, so you have to start over to respond to them. It is incredibly frustrating, and a huge waste of time.
Overall, I have had a good experience. Only change I would make is having the pay rate more accurate, because ""15-25" is a big difference. If it's $15, I'd never apply, but because I would do $20 plus, I feel like I would. It's awkward asking them before you get an interview what it pays. I've met and worked for good and not good people, as with any other app.

Looking for pet sitters is a nightmare. If you dont pay a subscription price you cant even look at the response. Such a scam and waste of time.

easy, quick and most importantly, i found a carer who was incredibly wonderful. I just needed help 2 days for a surgery recovery and the lady checked in several times before the surgery, alliviating my fears she would be a no shw, picked me up and took kind care. i couldnt have done better

It's easy to use and get signed up. I found a job I was interested in within 24 hours and got hired the next day. My college age daughter has used Care.com and has found lots of work through them. That's how I knew about it.
