It was so easy! There were so many workers to review. Then, you can write and communicate with them. Everything you want to do to get to know different people. The choice was endless! I found the perfect person to help me. I'm really happyto to find a place like Care.com!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am just trying to look for a job in the meantime my seasonal job as a Camp Manager is done. I want to work more with kids to understand their behaviors to help me with my Camp Manager position. I have done a background screening already for my job so I know everything is good. I also know I have never done anything bad. They robbed my money and didn’t let me get an account. I literally have CPR training and 3+ years of working with kids. I am also going to take a child development class in college. They suck and robbed a college student just trying to make ends meet. Those were my last 24 dollars because I thought I was going to make more money. Don’t apply. They’ll just steal your money.

I am afraid I did not have a good experience. I tried three cleaners... all of whom canceled at the last minute, all of whom charged more than their advertised prices. And the company was unwilling to consider a refund, even though they had not provided anything they had promised. Sorry that this worked out so badly. Woodstock, NY

I paid for a one month membership with care.com and it’s been the worst and most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a nanny site. First, I message about 15 people and zero response which I found strange in comparison to my other nanny site experiences. Then I post a job and nothing, I mean ghost town, not a peep. I go to my account settings to cancel my membership since one week and zero hits and zero responses was odd. I see they’ve saved my credit card information without my consent (unless it was in fine print somewhere) to automatically bill me for the next cycle. I can’t stand companies that try and steal your hard earned money and then try normalizing it. After 30 mins I finally figured out how to delete my credit card info, they don’t make it easy. It’s just gross the sheer desperation of this tactic. You must know how bad your services are if you have to trick people into a second month. Had I not done a dive into my account settings, I would’ve been charged for another month. This must be how they make their money because there’s no way they’re making it from great services. I made a trust pilot review and the next day suddenly I received a bunch of responses to my job post, as if the algorithm favoured my profile due to my bad review. So I thought ok I’ll delete my review since they helped me because I felt bad. Let me tell you, once I responded, back to ghost town we go. I’m beginning to think these are fake avatars. Btw most of them said active today on their profiles, before they try and use not being active as an excuse I finally find the time to call customer service and recorded the call. The guy tells me he can’t even find my profile upon confirming the proper email several times. We even tried my full name etc. what kind of circus is this?! Do not waste your money on this site. I’ve had way better experiences with other nanny sites where they provide contact numbers of their caregivers upon payment. I should’ve stuck with the same site I used last time.
The only negative: after selecting a caregiver, we continued to receive emails from individuals seeking to apply for our position.

I picked my mother's caregiver from Care and it's been three weeks now that we've had her. At first, I was reluctant about the care she will provide my mother but she proved me wrong. She's the best at what she does! She's very knowledgeable in all aspect involved in taking care of an elderly person. Thank you Care!

They are always willing to help me in any situation. My experience with them has always been on point! Great families and safety is always number one. I have been with them since 2011 and wouldn’t change a thing! I highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance.

I broke both ankles, needed surgery, and went to care.com for potential support. I thought I had signed up for one month, which was all I needed. I reviewed caregivers for a few days before learning my insurance covered in-home care services and forgot about it. When I saw the auto renew charge, I reached out immediately. It’s always the low integrity companies that don’t send reminders and the same that offer no grace period for refunds. How does a company call themselves care.com when they are taking money from people at their most vulnerable (and unemployed) and then auto renewing without warning. They know exactly what they are doing as so many other reviewers have noted. I would never recommend this company and its unethical business practices.
I had an easy time getting set up with Care.com to find a temporary House Cleaner in Bellingham. I appreciated the background checks on all the candidates. Care.com is my first choice for finding quality providers.

I signed up for one month and it's auto subscribed me without my permission and it's impossible to cancel as I can't login or get hold of anyone on the customer help area. The website doesn't function - if you try and reset your password nothing comes through, if you try and submit a support claim it continually loads but doesn't go through!

I have been using Care.Com app for 8 years. It’s an easy app and I have connected with so many wonderful families to have trust in me with their children. One family I have worked with part time for 7 years. I have helped raise their 4 kids. Another family with only 1 child I’ve worked part time for 4 years. Both families consider me as part of their family. I also help with date nights for young couples.
