I found a car through you guys. Seemed a good deal. Paid for delivery. The car was not what was expected. I was told it had A/C, to be told the gas needed adding. There was a sound when driving the car. So said the car wasn't what was described. All i can say was Sultan didn't give my delivery charge back. He tried to say he will do a BACs payment when he got back for my deposit. Absolutely con of a company. I lost near 200 quid as apparently the car was as described, no description of no gas in A/C. No description the car makes a noise as though the exhaust is going to come off. With his explanation it is on warranty. Most people are aware exhaust are not covered on warranty. Absolute waste of time and lost my money. Would not recommend. I am a single person and was lucky i had a friend to check the car over.

This time I changed my mind as there are much better offers for the same vehicle with others without too much hassle

dealership ER motors (north London) was messing me about not sending my invoice for the car I brought not registering I was the new keeper so I contacted car gurus who replied they cannot help me and I need to contact the dealership or citizens advice, will never buy a car through this website again.
