Think carefully before using this service
My experience with CarGurus has been extremely disappointing. As a dealer, I found communication to be very poor. Emails often went unanswered, and it was extremely difficult to obtain a meaningful response when trying to resolve an account issue. I made payments in good faith towards my outstanding balance and repeatedly tried to work with the Credit & Collections team. Despite this, my account remained suspended, while subscription charges continued to accrue during the suspension period. This had a significant impact on my business, as I was unable to advertise my vehicles or generate sales through the platform. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend CarGurus to other dealers. If your business depends on responsive customer support and consistent communication, you should think carefully before using this service.

Caution needed.
Car Gurus had plenty of cars for me to look through and I found their web pages easy to navigate. However, I had an email from Experian a few months ago saying Car Gurus had been hacked and my details were on the dark web. So far it hasn't been a problem but I will not give them any of my details again. Since I posted this a few days ago I have received an email from the group that Hacked Car Gurus saying that they have been into my computer and phone and if I don't send them 2k in some kind of coin they will start disrupting my life. Sick people.
