Customer service is top notch. I never had to make a claim before selling my car, but, if it’s anything like customer service it would be smooth sailing. I will use them in the future if needed.

I received approximately 5-6 calls in one day. The car they were referring to is a brand new car, and does not have 1000 miles on it. I was told by each representative that it is a new system that has been installed and assured me that I won't receive another. Which then I got 2 more calls.

Very disappointed that CarShield would not allow League City Jeep to use factory parts which meant I had to pay some $1,400 of the total bill of $3,200.

Just used my car shield for the first time. On a job that was $2100, I still had to pay $750. Car shield wants to use after market parts and they also want you to use their certified shops. My original bill at the dealership would have been $1074 but they gave me a discount. I've been paying into Car Shield for over 1 year now, I should be able to take my car where I want. As soon as my repair gets paid I will be canceling the contract. I might as well put the monthly payment into an that earns money for me and use it as needed.

There is no way of communication only with an AI. Every time I tried to call it went straight to a robot. Very discouraging.

I signed up on their website to receive a free quote. I wasn't thrilled that I couldn't opt out of being contacted by phone, but went ahead with it. Since it's Sunday, I figured I might receive a verification email, but no further contact. HAH! Within about 2-3 minutes after signing up, I not only received the email, but a text and a phone call with caller ID identifying it as them. I was not ready to talk to them so I dismissed the call (and also opted out of the texts). Literally 2 minutes later, the phone rang again, this time an 800 number with no caller ID. I dismissed it again. Another call 1 minute after that from the previous number, with a voicemail left. It was indeed CarShield. Then started a pattern of half-hourly calls from unidentified callers with 800 numbers. Not hard to conclude this is also CarShield reps. Such aggressive attempts to make a sale are not only extremely obnoxious and annoying, but highly sus. A reputable company shouldn't be that desperate for someone's business. Reading the other 1-star reviews only reinforces that I will never do business with them. REPLY: I followed a podcast link to your site, so perhaps that's why you can't find the sign-up info. I also had used the webform on your site to request that the info I provided be deleted. However, I did receive a voicemail yesterday with the agent stating she was calling with the information I requested on my vehicle. Normally, it is rare that I receive hang-up calls from 800 numbers that have no caller ID. In addition to the way my phone was blowing up on Sunday, I have received at least 2 such calls a day up to and including today. It seems logical to conclude that these are also from your agents. I realize these folks are just doing their job, but any company that does this sort of thing, not just yours, really puts me off doing business with them. I recently went through the same thing with a hearing aid provider that was trying to get me to come back when I switched to a different one. They did not want to take no for an answer.
