Every Call, every request for service and every interaction I've had with carshield has been STELLAR SERVICE, STELLAR CUS.TOMER SERVICE REPRESENATION, STELLAR INFORMATION, KNOWLEDGE, FOLLOW UPS AND CALL BACKS TO KEEP ME INFORMED AND IN THE LOOP DURING REQUEST FOR REPAIRS, THE ACTUAL REPAIRS AND VERIFICATION SERVICES COMPLETED AND I'M SATISFIED.
I WOULDN'T Leave or Change to another service provider ever. I've Recieved Better Service from and through CARSHIELD THAN ANY DEALERSHIP EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!

Car Shield to the rescue
I have had car shield for quite some time, never used. However, when my car repair needed car shield You CAME THROUGH WITH FLYING COLORS!!!! The garage had no trouble filing the claim and there was no delay with acceptance. THANK YOU!!!!

Our service advisor made all the difference! He would call us to keep us updated with what was going on and telling us when we could expect return of our vehicle. CarShield would also keep us updated, telling us what part was needed, and when it would be received by the dealership. Once again, we were completely satisfied with CarShield’s service.

Submitted info for a quote
Submitted info for a quote, had 12 agents call me before the day was even over. Had 3 more calls this morning, was able to answer on my break. Agent hung up on me when i asked to consider the info giving. If your agents cannot even professionally handle a sales call what in the world would make you think i or others would trust your business, im sure this would be the service moving forward. I would not bring my business to car shield.

It's a lengthy process and even with rental car it only covers seven days. The inspector was not sent until 9 days after initial breakdown Adjustor accepted my approval on Friday but as of Tuesday had not contacted mechanic

Before an inspection could be scheduled, the required service records needed to be received and reviewed. Once that review was completed, the inspection was ordered and completed within four business days. After the repair was authorized, there was a brief delay because the service advisor at the repair facility was out of town. The repair facility has since been updated on the authorization, and repairs should now be underway.

Buyer be were do your homework
I took my car to the shop, it was a challenge just to find one that would take carshield. Carshield would not pay full price for parts, I had to pay the difference, carshield would not pay all labor costs, I had to pay the difference. When I had to have my transmission fixed I had to use their transmission or pay the difference between what it cost cost and what thay were willing to pay. I had the same problems when I put my car in the shop the second time. In all I have paid over 3,000 dollars out of pocket and I have their best policy and I have had my policy for years. I am doing this before someone else gets in to deep like I did.

I have paid a bundle of money into this…
I have paid a bundle of money into this company and they denied my claim. I will not recommend CarShield to anyone.I had a transmission issue. According to the Owner's Manual, I did not need to change Trans fluids unless my vehicle was used as a Police Vehicle or as a Towing Vehicle. The vehicle had just over 154,000 miles on it. They refused my claim saying I did not perform maintenance. Now I am out a bundle of money.
