Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. Case and other phone accessories qualities are poor and they make misrepresentations about the warranty and guarantees.

I like the product
I like the product, but would appreciate a more user-friendly photo-editing option. Trying to fit a photo onto the case takes more time and skill than necessary.
Perfect customized case
I loved my case. I customized it with my own picture and turned out great! I added a text to my picture before uploading it to the app for customization as they don’t have the option of adding text. People compliment it every time. ♥️
Product quality has really declined
Product quality has really declined. Basically a sticker on some plastic now. 10-day “no questions asked” return policy is a scam if you can even find out how to initiate it. Original shipping deductions and return shipping leave you with very little of the original purchase price. Explore other options for you next case.
