Horrible experience with: CrystalShield Elite AR Sheath - iPhone 17 Pro (precise) First of all the anti scratch anti smudge screen protector is by far the filthiest I have ever had. You see every smudge and fingerprint. But worst of all it scratches so insanley fast. Cadaube has send me 2 screen protectors in less then a year and I already need a new one. For comparison, my old dirt cheap android screen protector which I use in a factory doesn't even have 10% the amount of scratches after 2 years. As for the case. Also very low quality. Due toe warranty I'm already on my second case in less then 12 months. The paint of the buttons fades away within months. Worst of all, I dropped my phone once and now the aluminum corner is dented. Neither the case nor the screen protector protected my phone. Never cadaube again. Customer service is okayish... Sending the replacement was nice. However they should have just refunded all the money as a slight compensation for the hundreds of euro's of damage which the case could have prevented. I have plenty of reference, multiple androids and iPhones so I know for a fact it's not my hands or the way I use my phone.

I wanted the best protection with the most stylish look for my 17 Pro Max. I ordered and returned two other cases before finding the Caudabe Sheath in blue with scarlet buttons. Looks great, has excellent protection and has the best customer service.

On my 4th case with Caudabe... Accidently ordered the wrong case on a Saturday evening. Sent them a quick email on a Saturday evening as it says to do on their website. Hoped to hear back on Monday... Received an email an hour or so later on Saturday night stating, "No Problem"...etc. Got an email to pay the difference and keep process moving forward as to not delay receiving the case. Impossibly easy to correct my problem. Ordered my 4th "Sheath" (different colors for different phones). Case thickness IMO is the perfect blend of thickness for protection/durability as well as textured to make it easy to hold as well as get in/out of the pocket. Prices for their cases are also far less than for other products of the same quality.

While the expensive cable I ordered broke after the return window, they did honor the warranty, and they went above and beyond by allowing me to use the credit to order something else. I can’t recommend their cables, as I don’t think they’re sturdy enough to justify the price, but their cases are excellent quality as are their charger bricks.
I purchased my new sheath case at full price. Several weeks later, the case was on sale so I contacted Customer Service for a refund and they issued it immediately.
100% awesome! I recommend the products based off of customer service alone. The amazing products are just an added bonus IMO. They helped me get through such an annoying time since my package was lost in the mail. They assured me that they’d be with me every step of the way and sent me a replacement!
I’ve order several cases from this company. I go through them as ive got butterfingers. You truly pay for what you get with their product. The customer service is always on point. I recently placed an order with them. Well I’m new having to send to stuff to a PO Box not a mail box. So for shipping I only entered my house address thinking it would make it to the house. I did not, I emailed them the moment I noticed the package was being sent back. I fully expected to have to pay shipping and handling for my own mistake. They said not a problem, resent my order and did not ask a dime from. I went browsing through Amazon, where I had credit. Every single business selling cases did not physically exist. So if I had any issues with the product or my order, I felt customer service would a major issues along with product quality. So again, their product is exactly what you pay for and you get quality customer service.
