I reached out and within a few days, a replacement order was at my door. The support team were nothing short of incredible and efficient even when I reached out a second time thinking the buttons I ordered were missing (they were stuck to the inside of the bag, whoops!)
I know they have had some challenges with shipping in recent months, but interacting with the support team has been such a joy. They are so friendly and kind in their answers. Volume is always a challenge, but rather than being short and frustrated with me, they were kind and thoughtful about a solution.
I accidentally ordered the wrong case for my phone and requested to cancel the order just three minutes later, but the shipment had already been processed. Caudabe’s customer service reached out to me and handled everything in an exceptionally satisfactory way. In the meantime, I ordered another case (the Sheath), and it’s fantastic. I can’t recommend both the cases and Caudabe as a company highly enough.
