I recently bouth a Sheath - iPhone 17 Pro (Precise) in Celestial Blue for my new iPhone. Somehow the Pro Max case arrived instead. When I contacted Customer Support, they were very helpful; I was able to reorder the correct case and the refund on the incorrect case appeared on my Amex account quickly. Bravo to Customer Support!

My case and screen protector are amazing and have protected my IPhone 17 pro max greatly. I’ve dropped my phone several times and it’s been put through it a bit but my case has held up through it all. I did crack my screen protector but after some very helpful emails I was able to get a replacement due to the warranty. Absolutely zero complaints.

I have been using their covers for two years now. I've had an amazing experience. I'm a pretty refuser for my phone and have dropped it multiple times. These car provide amazing protection. They also look and feel great. The rugged feel on the outside. You have a great grip on the phone just a great feeling to hold onto more than that overtime as my phone covers became a little loose. I was able to claim the warranty twice and without any questions asked the team sent me to replacements. This is such an amazing experience. Would highly recommend!

This is my second phone case I have bought through them. The first for an iPhone 13 now for a samsung s26 ultra. My previous phone i used an otter box but it eventually fell apart on me. The Caudabe is simple, effective and durable. Ita my go to brand now.
I did get a screen protector as well and it had a weird little grain on it so I contacted them and they responded within minutes and sent a new one. I will always buy their case and would maybe review it, but their extraordinary customer service is why I am compelled to leave a review. Five stars
I have been buying caudabe cases since the iphone 6. The quality is amazing and has been consistent over the years and their customer support team is great. I had an issue with a case i purchase for the iphone 17 pro max, but Sarah dealt with issue quickly and efficiently.

Switched to the Caudabe case for my S25 Ultra hoping it would be better than the dbrand ghost. It was, for about a month or two, until the magsafe region started bulging like a soufflé. I can now spin my phone on the table, which is a feature I did not ask for. Low quality, very disappointing. Still better than dbrand.

Had one on my iPhone 13 Pro Max and loved everything about it. Perfect fit, great protection, clean look. When I upgraded to the 17 Pro Max, I went straight back to Caudabe and ordered the same case in eucalyptus.
Once it arrived I realized the color wasn't for me. I missed the gray I had on my old phone. Reached out about their exchange policy and got a response almost immediately. They sent a return label, told me to ship it back for a full refund, and to reorder the color I actually wanted. I did exactly that, the new case is perfect, and the refund came through without any issues.
Great product, fair policy, and a team that actually responds. Highly recommend Caudabe to anyone looking for a quality iPhone case.
