I've bought 4 products from cbeautymall, after few weeks it turned out 2 of the items are not available. I could change them for other products from this price range, but i've chosen the first ones with a cause- i wanted those particular products, not substitutes.
Parcel never arrived. CS asked me to "go look for it"
I placed an order on the 26th of September of a few hundred dollars. By 9th of October there was still no delivery notification (I didn't order anything on preorder), so I emailed and was told that they would only be arranging shipments late Oct to Early Nov. I said I understood and would wait, but asked to change the delivery address in that case. Mid-November I received an email confirming shipment. I checked a few times and then waited for a delivery confirmation email or the parcel, but opted to be patient given the already long lead time and overseas shipping. Come 11th of December I go to check again and it had been "delivered" on the 25th of November, 15 days ago. I contacted customer support immediately and provided screenshots to ask about the situation and for a redelivery or refund. Instead of contacting the courier, their customer service actually sent me back a screenshot of the SAME delivery notice I had just sent them, and basically sent me an email asking me to go look for it myself. Unbelievable "customer service" DO NOT SHOP HERE

I love Cbeautymall so much! I love that it has a range of brands that are underground for those in the United States and that we have a way to access them. Shipping has always been quick and their customer service has been super super responsive!

I appreciate the updates I received on my order. I purchased an item that had to be pre-ordered so it took a while to receive my item. However, once it shipped it did arrive in a timely matter. My product is ALSO so beautiful! I’m so happy with my purchase.
They have great brands for a good price
They have great brands for a good price and the shipping was pretty fast. Everything was wrapped in bubble wrap but the products were put in a box that was way too huge, which surprised me a bit. Nothing was damaged tho.

I got cheeryep eyeshadow palette in shade (lively). Delivery was quite quick about 2-2,5 weeks directly to my door, no extra customs fees required. I love this palette btw so much, great pigmentation and easy to blend
Good experience to sweden
Ordered the Noiricorn palette. Arrived within 2 weeks. Yunexpress was the courier and citymail was the last mile carrier. No extra fees, delivered to the door. Was packed nicely with bubble wrap. I recommend. Good store to find alt/goth c beauty.
