Hair smells bad

Just got my hair, it smells so bad. This is the first and probably the last time I’ll be ordering from them.

Please whatever you do, do not buy a wig from this company. The wig arrived and as I went to style it, clumps and clumps of hair came out leaving a bald patch on the lace and the wig was also ripped. When speaking to customer services , it was a joke..they offered to take money out of their own wages to make up for it. They offered me 15 dollars to which ended up going up and up until they hit 100 dollars but begged me to cancel the case with PayPal. Honestly not worth your time or money! This company scams people.

Not 100% Satisfied

This is my first time ordering from Celie Hair. My experience has not been satisfied. The lacefront I purchased has been extremely shedding. I'm afraid of what will be left in the next few months to come. The HD Lace is good and hair is soft love the feel. However, there is far to much shedding whether I run my hands through or comb the wig. I went by Celie hair reviews. Unfortunately, I'm questioning the validity of the reviews.

Great fit and high quality hair

The fit of the glueless wig is really good, and the hair on the wig is soft. Doesn’t feel like plastic. Just have to put some concealer on the scalp cap part of the wig or maybe allow some of my actual hair to show around the edges to make it appear more natural.

Avoid at all costs!!

Poor hair and even worst customer service. I ordered a straight wig, but ended up with bodywave and the hair is super thin. They claim they checked with the warehouse and it's correct, but clearly not. Then they have the cheek to try and order 10% off a future order.

Wigs

I oder 2 different wigs at 2 different times and end up with the same wig!!!!! Hair sheds to much I end up giving it away!!! And I don't know who try to cut and stlye !!!! Because it was a mess I gave it away because I didn't know how to send it back vey very unsatisfied

Hair not as described

INITIAL REVIEW 14/01/24: ONE STAR Hair bought on Ali- express was not as described. I have been given the run around over the last year to have the shipping costs refunded for the hair. Still not done. Customer Service on Ali-express is awful. The hair is of poor quality. The company is unfair and dishonest. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UPDATE 18/01/24: THREE STARS After this trust pilot review, I have been contacted by members of the Celie Hair Customer Service Team. They investigated the case promptly, issued a refund of the shipping costs, and offered an apology. They mentioned that there are two different departments of Celie Hair that deal with issues from Ali Express versus their Main website and that they were not directly responsible for the poor service. They have also requested that I remove this review. In light of the prompt customer service from them at this point, I have offered to amend the review to 3 stars as the customer service from Celie Hair was good, but the product was not.

So anyway, I ordered a 150 density (not) 360 Lace Frontal Wig Brazilian Straight Virgin Hair Lace Wig around Black Friday. This was my second purchase from this company, and I didn't expect to be disappointed. Welp. The thin unit looked like it was thrown together with very visible tracks and ,barely, any parting space. I reached out to admin by email several times and attached photos. I was advised to comb over the major center gap in the wig, but that would be very hard to do for an updo hairstyle or sell it to a barber shop. This was a surprise Christmas gift for a relative. We haggled because I didn't feel that I should have to foot any of the costs to return a horrible wig. The highest discount I was offered was 30 dollars off the price of a wig that costs major coin. I even made a counter offer to receive a bigger discount, where I still would have paid more as an incentive for receiving less than a quality product. It was not accepted. Imma keep the wig and use it as an accessory for Halloween costumes. I will never purchase anything from this company again. I want to thank Celie for reaching out to me and making the situation right.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, I BEG OF YOU!! This site is badly run and very deceiving! The wigs are not true to length and design. After spending almost $200, I received a wig completely opposite to what was advertised on the site. I asked to return the wig and get a full refund, they insisted I keep the wig and they will refund me $20 and give me a BIG discount on my next order which was very presumptuous as I will NOT ever be buying a wig from them ever again. Please everyone I beg of you all, when you see an influencers Tik Tok review or their ad on Instagram just scroll on by and pay them no mind! They reserve their good wigs for influencers and give regular customers scrap. They are just after your money and do not give a damn about good customer service. **************UPDATE 15.11.23*************** Since posting the review above, I am pleased to say the issue has been resolved and I can finally move on. I was contacted very soon after my initial review and offered a partial refund to which I accepted and also kept the wig. I was asked to remove my initial review in order to receive the refund but instead agreed to update my review once the issue has been resolved. I’m still so shocked by how stressful this whole thing was but I am glad everything worked out and is all sorted.

Might try this again 🤔

I purchased a wig based on the pictures. It came quickly in about 4days which was good. The centre part was leaned to the right. They gave me tips to fix it, none worked as when parted correctly there were too many short spiky strands in a 24 inch wig. I must say I am not a wig professional. They then offered a $10 and later a $30 refund, which I didn't care for. After posting here, the customer service team were very helpful in advising me to return the wig which they understood was faulty. This happened smoothly, I returned the wig and received a refund. Whilst I gave up on a replacement, the experience was made much better. Thank you.

Fake hd lace and plastic hair

Fake hd lace! I bought one back in July. After a few email exchanged, they agreed to a full refund. Celie even sent me a picture of the refund being processed. Unfortunately that was a lie. I contacted them again ans they played games. I had to call my visa so they can process the refund. Watch out with Celie. Even their hair feels like pure plastic!The return is the customers responsibility. Te return hair to China is about $150. Not worth the hassles. If wig is extremely bad quality, demand a full refund. They will try their absolute best to give you a % of the money back, do not accept. If they finally decide to give you a full refund, tripple check your refund. I definitely learned my lesson with Celie. I suggest not using PayPal to purchase, use your credit card if you can. Visa fully reimbursed me while PayPal wouldn't.

Scam Artists

Ordered hair, tracking number provided, fake, contacted, said it was lost, told another will be shipped out, blamed bad weather. I could see where this was going. Cancelled order. I had to them 20 million times I want a refund. Refund apparently was done (of course it wasnt). Suddenly “oh dear, we did a refund. hi dear, I don’t know what happened. I have no patience for stupid people so I purposely used my credit card to buy this so in case something goes wrong you are protected. My credit card company will issue a refund and continue to investigate them but at least I don’t have to worry about being out of pocket. Pay £500 in your own country and get a customised wig that will last you years instead with real hair which is what I did. I’m sure they will write a stupid response like “hi dear, I’m sorry for this. Please send reference and we look into it. Please dear” Shut up, not interested and will never dare come near the company again.

No good quality, very poor , never buy hair from this company again
