What reviewers say
AI generatedReviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. People genuinely appreciate the dedicated support team members who patiently guide them through booking flights and securing the very best available rates for their trips. Consumers frequently mention that agents are remarkably courteous, professional, and thorough when handling complicated travel arrangements and patiently answering all related questions. However, some customers also noted unexpected price increases and sudden hidden fees that appeared after starting their online reservations. A few other people also felt that the support calls were excessively long and frustrating when trying to resolve final billing discrepancies.

Beware of bait and switch
Beware of bait snd switch. I spent quite a bit of time setting up an itinerary, and then payment online. l was given an invoice number yet the payment stayed in limbo. I called them and they told me the price had changed, and quickly wanted to charge me more than all competitors prices for the same flight. I was successful in canceling my order and buying on a competitors site, but they advertise the lowest fare to suck you into calling them and buying at the higher rate.
