This website offered the cheapest (by $11) tickets. Also, i appreciate that there was no login required unlike other third-party online booking websites like Trip or Traveloka. Additionally, Cheaptickets also accepts Apple Pay as a payment method which i really like for its convenience.

My ticket was under suspension, which was never informed to me in writing till date . Why ? Kindly give a proof that you put my booking under suspension. The word suspension doesn’t mean that cancellation. Do refund my complete amount.

Although Cheapticket booking gone ok but in E-Ticket issued my daughter’s surname was incorrect in one letter. Although paying the admin fee S$138.20 as Singapore airlines didn’t charge I got unsuccessful name correction request from Cheapticket less than 48 hours timeline . Although the total time to resolve this issue is 96 hours. And the money refund will take 5-7 business days. Which is still I am waiting. They again ask me to pay $138.20 for the same request as it’s their process which is bit surprising and strange to me. And I am not sure how they request name change to the Singapore airlines as when I try to reach the customer care of Singapore airline I reached in one go. I find the whole experience is distressing. Now I have paid in total S$276.40 and waiting for refund and name corrected ticket both and don’t know this request is also going to be successful or not .
