Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the booking process is exceptionally fast, simple, and very easy to navigate without any unnecessary clutter or complex steps. Travelers also deeply appreciate the affordable prices, noting that tickets are consistently cheaper and offer great value compared to other online booking platforms. However, some people mentioned notable difficulties when trying to manage, update, or change their travel bookings afterward through the online portal. A few reviewers specifically experienced frustrating issues such as unrecognised booking reference numbers at the airport or unexpectedly high service fees for altering flights.

Hello Murugan, Making travel planning accessible and clear for every traveller remains a core priority. Enhancing website features to ensure smooth navigation, simple booking steps, and easy access to support helps create a seamless experience from start to finish. Kind regards, Leo
The tickets were slightly cheaper. But the service is pathetic. The contact details were provided by them to the airline are some random email and contact numbers. And not the one entered while booking the tickets. It cannot be updated even if tried on the actual airline website.
Hello Rupesh, Protecting personal data remains a top priority, which is why agency security contact details are used during the initial reservation process with the carrier. To review the reservation details and assist with updating the contact information on file, an agent will look into the booking details and make the necessary updates. Kind regards, Leo
We're so happy to hear that you found the process easy and the price right. Thank you for your wonderful feedback!
