Haven’t received my samples…
Haven’t received my samples despite ordering over a month ago. Had no update on delivery for a month either. Update: Cicinia customer service have now refunded my money for the samples and issue sorted.

Poor customer Service
Customer Services advise they will respond to all enquiries within 48 hours and they have not delivered on this I am waiting on a response to cancel an order and have no acknowledgement within the timeframe to obtain my refund

Amazing fabric
Amazing fabric, the colour and style is exactly how I wanted my bridesmaid dresses. I do recommended ordering samples as the colours are slightly different online than they are when you get them. They fit amazingly, only a few alterations needed on shoulders and boob area but apart from that I highly recommend and would definitely buy more from here.

The correspondence from order to delivery was quick and helpful. Queries on both sides were dealt with effectively and in a timely fashion. The delivery charges could have been made clearer and earlier in the process.

Once I ordered the 2 dresses I then recieved an email to make sure the sizing etc that I ordered was what I wanted, I rechecked all the measurements and decided it was safer to size up since it was my first time ordering from here and the customer service was great! They change the sizing and then sent another email to double check the confirmation of the sizing. Once I recieved both dresses I was blown away at how gorgeous they were and the quality of the material and dresses overall. The price is absolutely fantastic and I would definately order from here again.

Misleading photograph of product
Probably my fault but from the picture i was expecting a garment with sleeves and a waterfall front rather than just a plain rectangle of material. Glad it wasnt expensive.

Received a bridesmaid dress that I ordered, attempting to make contact to initiate the returns process, however after 4 attempts to contact Cicinia, I still have no response. I would absolutely avoid ordering from this company if you can!
