My wedding dress was delivered in February however i asked for it to be sent in April. It was also sent to the wrong address so I had asked for a refund as I could not find it however, cicinia would only offer to send another one. I did not trust this would be done correctly so asked for a full refund. I eventually found the dress at a neighbour house. She had been on holiday and it was behind a fence so we could not immediately see it. The dress has been wrapped in a flimsey plastic bag, completely ill wrapped for transport and looks as though it will fall apart after a light breez hit it! After all this I sent a formal complaint to cicinia and they have now blocked my email. No apology and no refund. Avoid them at all costs! As a reply to cicinia, how have no unblocked me to send the reply to my review I have already said I do not want a new dress as I have lost confidence in your company. I have spoken to yodal and they came back to me straight away. There has been alot of back and forth with you now and each time I ask for a refund as compensation, you do not agree or offer to send a new dress. I emailed today twice and found out you have blocked me. I feel you have only contacted now because I have left a number of bad but truthful reviews.  I have also found out I am not the only bride you have done this too. Quite a few reviews suggest you keep blocking people when they complain their dresses haven't arrived.  Reply - In this case you really should put an out of office on. As I said I found out alot of people got blocked and it causes no end of stress! Do better

I found these shoes quite by accident

I found these shoes quite by accident. They arrived before the due date and looked exactly like they did online. Very pleased and I was asked if they were a designer shoe! Only one downside is that I could have gone a size smaller.

Dress was beautiful as was the material, however the dress size for a size 14 is not true to size. Could not get arms into the sleeves and the zip had a good 5/6 inche gap. You only receive a partial refund, they charge a nominal amount to post it but charge you £20 to return it!!!! Be very careful when thinking of buying

Absolutely brilliant customer service

Absolutely brilliant customer service! Royal Mail delivered my package to the wrong address, it got sent back to the company and customer service sent out a new suit with a different courier so the mistake wouldn’t happen again. Suit arrived yesterday. Very happy with the quality and would urge anyone to buy from this site.

Beautiful bridsmade dress. Fit and looks beautiful. Fantastic customer service. They doubled checked with me on size. Witch was brilliant due to i had measured incorrectly first time round. Delivered quickly. As i was so supprised by that thing it will take 2- 5 weeks. All round highly recommend this company for bridsmade or prom dresses.

Shoes nice but smell

Shoes nice but smell like rubber/synthetic smell awful. In addition could have bought identical shoes from Temu or Shien for half the price. So looks like that's who your supplier is as they are identical. Sadly won't be wearing them as they stink!
