Clothes arrived reasonably promptly but the return situation is dire. Very difficult to navigate with lots of hidden costs. Endless emails ..in the end we kept the unwanted dresses, had a partial refund and now have to try to sell them. A hassle I can do without.constructive suggestion ...accept returns and the responsibility of sending back to source without the huge financial outlay of nearly £90.

It took a very very long time to arrive. The material felt cheap.
I was really disappointed in the returns policy, I lost about £40 on the dress I bought because it would cost so much to send back.
I will not be shopping at cicinia again because of the returns policy and wait time for delivery

The dress arrived and didn’t overly resemble the picture. I had to spend £60 on getting the dress altered to fit better and even then wasn’t happy with how it all looked. They added boob cups which couldn’t be removed which was really disappointing.
Don't ever order from this company, the clothing not up to standards, size not accurate, when trying to get a refund, was not able to get a full refund.
My rating is based purely on customer service. The dresses themselves on the whole are great quality, 2 that turned up didn’t quite look like they did in the photos but it wouldn’t have been a big issue if the returns policy was actually followed. They list that returns are possible however when I tried to return some of the dresses they tried everything to get me not to send it back and as such I am out of pocket trying to sell these dresses elsewhere to regain the money I spent. If you’re buying from this site, make sure you are certain these are the dresses you want and will fit as you won’t be able to return.
I was worried about ordering online but the experiance was brilliant. I even received an email from them before my dress went into product just to double check I was happy with everything I'd ordered 1st. Shipping was speedy. And the dress is beautiful, exactly as it looks in the photos
So we did not receive our dresses. We checked the scanning and the tracking. We know it was delivered to a post room, it just wasn't ours and whilst I know that Cicinia is not at fault they have also done zero to help out. I just wouldn't use them again.
