Absolutely lovely dress! Perfect for my Maid Of Honour! So lovely and good quality as well which I can't lie was something I was a bit worried about but honestly so glad I chose it!

I have a parcel I wanted to return...BE WARNED, this company make it impossible for you to simply return an item to a uk outlet (they use a uk website which is misleading in itself) they failed to mention in their terms and conditions, a short return time, does not work when you have to return the item back to China. I have had all sorts of ridiculous offers of refunds, PLEASE AVOID, OR USE YOUR PAYMENT CARD PROTECTION VISA/MASTERCARD TO RETRIEVE YOUR FULL REFUND. This company should be avoided. They even asked me to fraudulently lower value of the return parcel to avoid customs and tax, even though you could end up making your parcel worth far less than it it. SERIOUSLY, AVOID IF YOU THINK YOU WILL NEED TO RETURN IT. Based upon the reply, at no point did you offer "don't send the parcel and get 90% of cost" At first you offered £30, then 65%, then 80%.. how is this good customer service. Now you finally offer what you should have in the first place. Now refund with immediate effect the 90%, without sending the parcel back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are an absolute rip off site! Placed order on 13 Feb 2024 on behalf of my 75yr old mother, paid extra £25 for expedited delivery, outfits only just arrived on 11 March 2024! Sadly, they don't fit her so I got in touch to try and arrange return/refund, the replies I've received so far are outrageous! First off they wanted me to take them to a seamstress to have them altered even though I'd already told them they're too small! I have also explained that's not an option as there's not enough time, outfits were supposed to be for my wedding on 15 March. I then get an email offering me a refund of £30 per outfit (they cost £99 each) if I keep them and "gift them to friends or family" because "our factory is in China, as there will be a customs tax now, the shipping time will be over two months later, we may can not receive the dress. This also causes the process delay of your refund." Have told them I absolutely do not accept this offer and have asked them to provide their return address as I want to return them and receive a refund. I am awaiting their response. I fear this won't have a satisfactory outcome! Shocking customer service and quite clearly just a money making scam site, steer well clear folks!

Easy to use website. Dresses were true to the size chart. Goods arrived well packaged and on time. Excellent quality. Very pleased. Would recommend.

Fantastic Service & quality of garment

I was unsure as to the quality of the dress, fit and material as we purchased through the website but when it arrived both my daughter & I were over the moon. The dress is perfect! From the start Cicinia customer service was outstanding. We were emailed to confirm the measurements, kept me up to date with all aspects and the speed of the delivery was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Cicinia

Do not use if you want the option of returning/refunds

Ordered a flower girl dress for my daughter’s communion and after reading how awful they are with returns, I chose to cancel. I sent the email 15 hours after ordering, so they hadn’t even cut the pattern yet. I have still had to forfeit 5% of what I paid to get my money back. If I’d have known it was coming from China, I would never have ordered in the first place. They are using other people’s pictures to advertise what they are making.

The size chart is not accurate at all. I properly measured and chose the right size considering the sizing is in UK and it is extremey off..... Highly disappointed

Avoid, avoid, avoid

The most awful experience with this company instead of the happy one that it should have been. The quality of the bridesmaid dress is appalling, as is the workmanship. Added to that, despite having a .co.uk address, the company is in China. It has taken a month for emails to be answered and then I've been offered a quarter of the dress as a refund and it will cost £20+ to return. This company is a scam and the best advice I can give you is to avoid or you, too, will be stung.

amazing - simply amazing. kept in touch al the way through and delivery quicker than expected - quality of dresses is brilliant - would recommend to anyone to use and so reasonably priced.

Extremely impressed

A fabulous company! Dresses come in a huge selection of fits, sizes and colours. The dress I ordered was completely true to measurement (incredible in 2024!) and I was provided with detailed information and tracking information. They even honoured a discount code I forgot to apply at checkout! I'd recommend Cicinia to anyone, you took a little bit of my wedding planning stress away. Thanks again Cicinia!

Do not order unless you are planning on keeping the dresses. They make it impossible to return even though their policy says otherwise, I’ve ended up completely out of pocket.

I had ordered 3 custom dresses and a normal size dress. All 3 custom dresses needed alterations even though our measurements were done by a seamstress. So if you are ordering custom dresses I’d maybe take an inch off each bit. Apart from that the dress were of highly quality and a stunning olive green colour.
