my purchase turned out to be a TRUE TO ITS WORD product! i live in New Zealand so products are more expensive for me so when exchange rates are bad it costs me roughly double.City Beauty lip Gloss has done what it said. it does plump lips up & it certainly does help puff out your upper lip & decrease smoker lines. My daughter introduced me to City Lips and I originally purchased it as gifts for her. Now I use it and although I love the way my lips feel I don’t notice a lot of plumping. As a woman over 70, plumping would have been a welcome outcome. I recently started using Uplift Firming Serum and I love it. I noticed some tightening and reduced lines about 2 weeks in. I have been using it about 3 1/2 weeks now and I can’t believe the under eye lines are almost gone, the deep lines between my brows are much less and the folds near my mouth are very shallow. I will be reordering, and I have already given my daughter the extra bottle of serum I initially bought.

First of all I bought the lip plumper and I was highly disappointed because it did not plump my lips and was also very sticky. Then I also do not remember ever subscribing to any membership to keep getting the lip plumber. A month later I got another package in the mail from them to my surprise and it was the lip plumper. So I call and try to return it and they told I have to pay money out of my pocket to cover the shipping cost. I do not recommend this company or this product Highly disappointed!! Never again.
