Really smooth purchase experience

Really smooth purchase!! Good communication before purchase and timely order processing and shipping. Great email updates during shipping process from both City Watches and DHL. All delivered safely with manufacturers box, paperwork and dealer stamped warranty. Love the watch!! Just a quick bit of advice for NZ purchasers - if your watch + shipping costs exceed $NZ1000 you will need to register for a Customs Client Number. This can be applied for, pre or post purchase, free of charge from NZ customs

Worst company ever to purchase from - buyer beware!!!

Worst company ever to purchase from buyer beware!!! These guys are real fly-by-nighters who deal in Casio watches of very questionable quality. First of all note that despite their .co.nz web suffix, THEY ARE NOT a kiwi based company. Secondly, when my watch broke down literally 3 days after the year warranty they claim to provide, they wanted nothing to do with it, despite their obligations under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act. Stay well clear of purchasing from this company!
