My agent Henry is responsive and helpful. He always try his best to fulfill my requirements. I really appreciate his help. The only con of CJ is few of my orders can take nearly 1 month to ship out. I have to monitor your orders closely because if there is any items out of stock, the parcel will be delayed to ship out. Overall, they have improve a lot. Keep it up! Thank you!

I ordered a product on 08.02.2023 and…

I ordered a product as an inventory preorder on 08.02.2023 and paid for it, but it never came. The customer support service didn't manage to help and after i asked them again they refused to help, saying that they have limited staff working at that moment. Now i can't get a refund and the product, obviously, will never come. In the result i lost 26$.

Mixed Feelings

Contrary to the raving reviews about top notch and prompt customer service, this has not been my experience. On sign up, I was emailed details of my 'assigned' professional agent - my 'go-to' person. I'm not sure if there is any such person as any agent will respond to your queries and it is luck of the draw how knowledgeable and helpful they are in assisting you. The person that responded to my email, a day later, had no email etiquette and minimally answered my questions, leaving me just as confused. In fairness, he/she was helpful in sending me a link to some articles to understand the platform better but apart from this, it was disappointing. The platform does, however, seem to take the hard work out of dropshipping and has everything a new seller could need to start out and so I will give it another try. Going forward, I will use the Chat for agent assistance and hopefully get a better response.

This company is a scam they sell you…

This company is a scam they sell you products of AliExpress for higher prices and not wholesale prices. I tried a sample from them for my dropshipping business to check the quality but I was shocked , the quality is so poor and the packaging is so poor although I paid them for sensitive packaging. I bought the product from them for $ 47 which is sold on AliExpress for $14. I’ll never buy from them again for sure

this is probably by far the worst sites ive ever purchased off that made me a little annoyed. bad shipping, (they havent gave me product yet), bad customer service, the only thing there thats somewhat decent is the price, but i would not recommend purchasing off of here please dont waste your time on this, and take this from me at this point im thinking they are scammers, and i dont know how most people gave 4 stars or 5, they must be bots most likely

Worst Run Company Ever

Do not believe any of the five star reviews, plus they are only reviews about customer service helping them with problems. This is because the agents need to help due to the huge amount of screw ups they have. Communication between agents and people handling orders, dispute and tickets is kindergarten level, they also have absolutely zero accountability and have zero idea of how to quickly and efficiently solve problems. They do not have a proper record of stock and quite literally have zero idea of how much stock a supplier has, this means they do not keep their products in a warehouse they have like they advertise. They do not know the finals weight of the products, the final shipping price so it can be subject to change or stock on every single item. As you may see when you start ordering products from them they will issue tickets to orders and say that products have been discontinued and they offer a different product that they think is the same or they will try to give you a refund. None of their product photos are up to date as I found out when a customer ordered a protein shaker and they opened a ticket and said the product design does not match photos but then as the ticket went on they said the suppliers product has always been like what the photo was not. The processing time on these orders is way beyond comprehension and the biggest mess around they did against me was trying to charge me an extra $150usd on shipping after the order had already been bought by me because they weighed it at their facility and decided it was overweight so they froze the order until the price differential was paid, but with days of talking back and forth with an agent we decided to change the shipping method so that it would get to the destination even later. Do not trust their shipping times either, very untrustworthy and poorly run business. Anybody who is starting a dropshipping business I advise to stay away from this company and do not believe any advertising or reviews they have.

All 5 star reviews are fake, even the profiles are created and they only have one review and that's for this company. CJdropshping itself is a joke as a company to say the least, if you are a serious business run away from them and find another method.

Out of stock ! Scam ! Fake inventory levels !

It's unacceptable that 50% of your products were out of stock, especially if they did not provide any warning about this beforehand. In addition to the issue with product availability, it's concerning that CJDropshipping was not transparent about their inventory situation. I would advise caution when working with CJDropshipping. Their poor inventory management practices and lack of transparency can be damaging to your business. I lost 2 stores because of this mistake !

After my wife answered the phonecall and accepted the package at the door, she received inappropriate proposals from the delivery guy (+32490671429). Lucky for him, he didn't answer my phonecalls...

Order never arrived then stole 3% from refund.

Every time I tried to order something the order never arrived and with the refund they took a 3% service charge even though I gained nothing. On top of that I couldn’t even withdraw my refund from the platform.

Miya Huang is a great agent but..

Miya Huang is my agent. She's really great for being proactive in terms of suggestions and things to pay extra attention to. The only bad thing about this platform is the slow processing / shipping time. I placed my dropshipping order with them 5 working days ago and yet the orders are still NOT dispatched. I do understand they are a middle man and to take extra time for quality checking and all prior to shipping to customers abroad. But this seriously needs to be improved.
