What people say

An extrememely disappointing service

An extremely disappointing service. Lufthansa flight: Dublin to Munich was cancelled on 5.9.2025. I started communicating with Click2Refund mid-September 2025. As of 30 March 2026, no success in submitting the claim. Very generic replies from their end within 6 months, no regular communication, no updates. Have strong concerns the claim case will be resolved successfully.

After I lost my connection in Europe…

After I lost my connection in Europe and waited 6 additional hours, someone suggested to me I submit a claim through Click2refund. I did and then completely forgot all about it. When they asked for a review, I even said I had not seen the deposit, but they provided me with the details and upon double checking my account history, sure enough it had happened and within the promised timeframe!

Click2refund is the way

I had the best experience with Click2refund. My flight from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport in France to OR Tambo International Airport was delayed for more than 8 hours. I contacted click2refund and they processed my claim professionally from start until I received the compensation. Great experience

Very not acceptable their 29% fee on…

Very not acceptable their 29% fee on the refunds. It is not written anywhere when u sign paperwork with them that this fee will be applied. A part from the 4 months time of waiting and me following up, this deductible on the Final refund was actually a very bad experience overall. People: when in refund situaties, go directly with the flight companies for the process: AVOID everything else especially click 2 refund

I am call BS on all the 5 star reviews…

I am call BS on all the 5 star reviews on Click 2 refunds review blog. I started a claim with them back in July of 25 and not once did I receive any follow up emails from them WRT the claim unless I sent them an email asking for the status of the claim. I waited 4 months before I contacted them for the first time only to be told that my claim was still in process. The next time I contacted them was 2 months later to be told the same thing, The 3rd time I contacted them a month later, I was told it was going to litigation as the airline refused my claim. and the time to settle would be "out of their hands". I contacted them 2 months later and was told it was still in litigation. 2 days ago I contacted them once again (30 days later) and yesterday received an email saying Congratulations! 😊 Great News! Our local lawyer's efforts have paid off, as he has successfully settled your case. Our Accounting Department has just confirmed that your funds have arrived in our bank account. We want to notify you that a portion of the funds received will be used to cover the cost of our services and the legal fee. The remaining amount will be sent to you. Could you please share your banking details (for CAD bank accounts: Account holder's name, institution number, transit number, account number, and e-transfer email address)? Please ensure that the account details you provide are complete and accurate. If there are any discrepancies, the transfer might be returned with significant deductions, or in some cases, the funds might not be recoverable. Your account details will be forwarded to our Accounting department...... No where did it mention how much $ was to be awarded to me or what the total amount was..... Who in their right mind is going to respond to an email with Banking information as requested.. So I sent yet another email with said comments asking why they did not disclose any details of the claim, the litigation information or costs and refunds to me. After this was sent I recived another email outlining the "litigation" fees, C2R fees and still no where did it mention what i was being refunded. They sent me a further email asking for my etransfer email and account holder name to which I sent to them. I then received and email with the details for an etransfer, started the process but it was halted due to them asking for a 6 digit PIN for me to enter. No where did they mention in any email that the funds would be transffered to me via WISE and that they would be sending a separate email with said PIN! Who ever is in charge of C2R communications department should be fired! New SOPs should be written guidelines on how to communicate with the client to which C2R is getting a generous amount of money from for apparently working hard to get the best deal. I would never recomend anyone to use this service.

I contacted Click2refund after our BA…

I contacted Click2refund after our BA flight was delayed for over four hours. Our agent was Eli , I must admit I had tried to claim direct with BA but was being given the run around and told different things each time I spoke to them which was very frustrating .I felt that if we could get some refund it would be better than nothing .So signed up to Click 2 refund and accepted the fact I would be paying a percentage for their service. I did have to chase a few times but Eli did always respond to my messages to him. We did get our refund and it took around 5 months from start to finish. I honestly believe that we would not have got this without the expertise of Eli. It was well worth using them and would definitely contact them again .

Thanks Click 2 Refund

My wife and me traveled to Europe from Chile in August 2025 for vacation. We had high hopes that everything would go smoothly. Unfortunately our Wizz Air flight from Paris to Budapest was significantly delayed, which completely disrupted our tour reservations for that day. Friends advised us to request compensation. I contacted Click 2 Refund to see if we could actually receive compensation and submitted all the necessary documentation. Our trip continued, and we didn't really think we would get any compensation. To our great surprise, in January 2026, Eli, who works at Click 2 Refund, contacted me and informed me that we had received the corresponding compensation. At first, I thought it was a scam, but Eli was incredibly supportive and reassured us. The money was deposited into our bank account within a few days, and everything went perfectly. I want to thank Click 2 Refund and especially Eli for their great professionalism. I can tell all of you that if you experience any travel delays in Europe, don't hesitate to contact Click 2 Refund.
