What people say

Informative and interesting

Rohans advice about what you say and how people perceive those common phrases such as “does that make sense?” was very interesting. I’ll be sure to keep his tips in mind from now on as I tend to say that a lot when clarifying whether someone has understood what I have said. Thanks Rohan, your email was informative and interesting to read.

February lesson still making an impact

A lesson that I learned back in a February email has stuck with me and I recently shared with a client as well. The lesson was to start emails with the bottom line. I tend to be pretty wordy, so I now try to make my main point or decision or question up front and then provide more details below. A client recently told me she's the same way with wordiness and said it was good advice. :)

Consistently the most relevant…

Consistently the most relevant professional and career advice I've ever read. Better yet, it's presented in a brief, to-the-point, and entertaining way. I often forward the emails onto my adult kids, friends and previous colleagues.

The information wasn’t fluff

The information wasn’t fluff. It was legit good info for network emailing. Then I scrolled some more and found good info about how to thank someone. The email was engaging and made me want to read the entire thing. Good enough to make me want to score a review!

I like the way the essay was structured…

I like the way the essay is structured and I must say that I am somone who like seeing visuals more in the content, however in this essay I found the content more interesting and may be fewer images could have been better , as more of the pictures in between, sort of broke the flow for me.

Superb Emails with Lasting Impact

I’m so, SO grateful for the emails Rohan sends out! Some of them have been truly life-changing; what’s supposed to be “just” a message with career advice often has me re-evaluating the other aspects of my life too. The emails are a smooth, easy read with serious impact. Thank you, Rohan!
