There was an issue that we were made aware of via email, where 2 of our hats had been damaged, so they were being reprocessed and sent separately. Our entire order, including those 2, all arrived promptly and on time. The fact that we were notified proactively and Crestline took care to ensure everything was still received on time and in good condition shows me that they care about delivering quality! 100% recommend.
