Payments dont register
It was helpfull for creating a cv but once I tried to renew my account the payment didnt register. I already payed and they sent me an email saying I didnt have any pending payments. However when I try to use a functionality that I already payed for it tells me to pay again. This is seriously damaging my chances of getting the job because they are asking for my cv but I cant send it to them because I cant download it even tho Ive already payed my subscription. Knowing this can happen I would never use cvmaker again and I would look for a more serious and professional alternative.
