It has taken over 2 months to process my case and more than a week to process the first payment. Slow service and not a good reason why it has taken so long. The person I spoke with was nice but not very helpful because she could not give me a good reason why it has taken so long.
Dear Colin You uploaded a dental bill, and an estimate on 20/08. We processed the bill on 23/08 and the estimate on 07/09. In the meantime, you uploaded a new bill regarding the 1st part of your treatment on the estimate. This was on the 29/08. When your estimate was handled on 07/09, we unfortunately missed that you had already submitted a bill regarding the 1st part of the treatment, and the bill was not processed in connection with the approval. Due to human error, the first bill was overlooked, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The dental bill you have uploaded today, (part 2) has already been processed in accordance to the approval of your estimate, leaving a handling time less than 24 hours.
