I won $50 and it’s been well over 12 business days and I still haven’t received it. I know it’s not a lot of money, but it’s just disappointing and definitely has made my mind up about spending more money with them in the future. I have another pending withdrawal of 100 so I wonder how long that one’s gonna take a month. Originally they told me 12 business days from the day you want then they told me 12 business days after they approve your documents which you have to upload several documents and stuff you’re verified account that you’re playing with isn’t enough even though they had my information, I still had to upload a bank statement and I’m getting paid in bitcoin so it just doesn’t make sense. It seems a little suspicious to me and especially over $50. If it takes this long to get 50 gosh I couldn’t imagine if I won more than that and sorry for players that do.
Great game for me as a lot of others I've had played were more of a challenge trying to get a bonus, instead of being basic and easy to understand like I've experienced while playing this one

I have been playing in Davinci gold a few weeks , had the odd win it two of £1000 ,paid me after a few days though ok Then I hit a winning run playing howling moon , mega cats and safari stampede. As you mentioned, in the past, you received 2 withdrawals (4 total actually) in a few days timeframe, and we made sure to request from the finance department and allow you to receive more than your deposit was eligible for (see T&Cs).

I like the variety of games, anyway the promotion offers are not fair. I managed to successfully wager my free 5 EUR bonus, with a 400x wagering requirement. I won 40 EUR. And they say that I can't have it. No such information was written in a terms of this bonus, they only revealed this information once I wanted to withdraw, saying that If I make deposit, I can have my winnings from future promotions.
