You can get banned just for criticizing the server quality in game. Gameforge is legitimately the WORST publisher I have ever experienced in MMOs. They constantly pretend like they listen to feedback and then delete posts that point out problems that haven't been fixed for years. They go out of their way to assure that they won't make games p2w so they can bait people and make the game p2w later (TERA/ ELSWORD /AION / SOULWORKER). Any game this company touches is guaranteed to fail because they are too lazy to do their job of even translating the games they publish even if it means they make less cash in the long run because they are too short sighted and their promises for improvements are always lies.
They treat their own games like they wont succeed by not getting enough servers because they would rather make quick grabs at cash instead of providing a good profitable service. Absolutely pathetic.
This company is nothing but a SCAM. All of their games are controlled by SCAMMERS. I played OGame for a while, the moderators support cheaters who make regular players spend money. You can not express your feelings in the game, you can't make suggestions. Whenever they don't like your facts, they will BAN you from saying the truth. They will literally lock your account while you are a premium user for something silly. Then whenever you try to get in touch with support, the moderator will ask for money to be sent to his PERSONAL CASH APP account. Stay away from these SCAMMERS.
Gameforge is one of the garbagiest publishers out there they will ruin and milk every MMORPG just google "All thats wrong with Gameforge Aion" Never give them any publish rights to any upcomming MMORPGS if any CEO reads this please.
They just told me to not contact them again cause they blocked my account for no reason after spending like 6k€ on it. They have built their offices upon their unsatisfayed customers' money.
It's the worst company I've ever met. I played metin2 more than 10 years then on december 7th they started to ban people for some reason, the support can't tell nothing just the order is from the GF. Actually you can't do nothing and you have no right against them. Tried to contact with them, there is a support but they just want to get rid of you. Also wrote to their e-mail but as they said it's not for the game support and should I write to the support. Unfortunately they can't help. From december 7, they banned a lot of people but they don't published yet under one month which is the specific reason. Maybe their cheat blocker is went totally crazy and started to ban players randomly or the gf himself is banning people, I don't know but it's ridiculous. They don't care if lose some players just the money what counts to them. The game is a bug now, always cliens crashes, client closing, freezing, A LOT of hackers and a lot if bug, but they don't fix it, maybe it's not worth it for them any more. There is a lot of item shop offer, almost every day so they milk the people for 1-2 years then when it's not worth them to maintain, this game is over or merges their servers.
I've got banned but they don't tell me much just supposedly used third party program. I'm a veteran player, had everything and never cheated. Had no reason to cheat. But they don't listen to me.
Gameforge is by far the WORST publisher out there.. all they do is contact asian developers who do a great job, release these Games on the european and US market with far less content and behind a huge paywall... They completely RUIN good games with this "strategy"..

i was trying to play one of these games and i never got to, and there is no way to actually get help, the forums are full of complaints and it seems my email is already a part of that as it tells me an account already exists, theres no way thats possible so i tried another of my emails and same thing, seems like they dont want more customers and from what im reading i dodged a crap experience anyhow. ALSO i dont see how you would have to make a separate account for support services.. too shady for me.

They offer you games and let you pay for ingame stuff which is not working.
I was paying more than 4000 Euros in 1 1/2 months for their game Metin2.de and they banned my account without a reason.

I've been playing a game called Elsword for about 6 years spending thousand of pounds, they banned my account and when I contacted support to ask why my account was banned they ask for my email that was hacked and refuse to reset it on my account and I've asked for a different way to verify I own it and they just shut the tickets without a response.
