they banned me for no reason while they didnt ban obvious hackers with many reports, took my money their games are all unoptimized and unplayable they have a refund service but not for digital prodcuts ( But all they have are digital products?XD) wouldn't recommend anyone to play anything from them.

every game they own turns into pay2win, they ruined one of the best mmo's back in the days called aion before they added transformations and made it a p2w game. im wondering why the company is still alive.

They buy the right to publish games just to take all the money from them. Horrible.

Don't spend any money on this game I spent $200 to buy Aion coins, I can't even use them because they have a techinical issue, they don't want to refund me either, while immediatly I sent them a request for refund.And shown proof that litteraly I can't spend the Aion coins and that it logs me out when I try to do so. Nor can they give me an estimated time of when the problem will be fixed it could take months or years. GAMEFORGE I WANT A REFUND!

This company has destroyed so many good games I know, they`re buying good games and totally ruining them, making them pay to win. They are greedy and only want money , they don`t care if the pay to win change is going to kill the game or not , they`re just milking as much money as they can.Im not even going to talk about them banning streamers with 2 viewers for no reason if they play unofficial versions of their now ruined games.

Worst experience ever .. Hell do i need to re-download all of my games I mean I've been just away for just a couple of months and this happened heck.. I mean i understand if I just need to patch the games because of course of updates but then i need to re do it all WHAT THE HECk

Your questions are left to other players to answer on forums. They take away your in game stuff and in game money that you spent so many days and months crafting and earning. The stuff that makes you powerful in the game is mostly sold in their shop. Although I don't think they are to blame for the disappearance of the better parts of the maps it is annoying that they went. Really bad customer support. Virtually non existent.
How desperate for attention.
Congrats to the worst company in the game industry ever. Getting content streamers banned with 2 or 3 viewers because they stream unofficial servers of their game. How desperate can one be for money and attention.

Copy-paste "support", games are full of cheaters and bots, illegal game currency sale and hard censorship in official forums.

the worst company in the world of video games. this company removes negative comments you put on facebook/youtube or see you banned in some cases. I've been playing aion for years. they don't banned the cheater because money,you reset some things that took you years to do. I wouldn't even dare talk about their communication and support that sends you an answer without even reading it. Anyway, a lot to say about this company if you see games under this editors just run away.

If I could give a minus five I would. I play on the Greek server. Very old game and super expensive. Hours and hours of pointless grind. Items like treasure chests in the shop with a fancy description but full of worhless stuff. Fail upon fail. Very few players online at any time. Dont waste your time with this one. Find an honest pay to play game to enjoy and dont waste your hard earned cash on a game from 2004.

Playing metin2 before, now its pointless, without 2-3k euros you can't play! Also i think are the only ones which are not supporting the streamers. Probably Metin2 will die on the same way how Aion died
