I was needing some sweaters for the winter months, I came across the website. I received my order all of the merchandise was individually wrapped and very good quality for the pricing. You had to purchase at least $99 to be able to order, which wasn't hard to do, due to Christmas coming up. The shipping was another $100 I didn't care much for that, but it got here super fast and everything was nearly vacuum sealed. I read other reviews stating the clothes ran small so I purchased a size up, which were big. Sweaters I like big jeans not so much, so I'll say they run true to size. I will definitely recommend this site and buy from there again. 5stars from me.

I just made my order a few days ago so nothing has yet to arrive therefore I cannot rate the clothes yet. I loved the designs that I ordered! I love the fact that they have a $0.99 section! However I will agree that shipping is outrageous! I ordered a total of 51 items and my total was about $109, my shipping cost was exactly $202 (almost double my actual order) which was a bit ridiculous. Other than that I love this site so far!

Dear lover is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I ordered several Items to try out for my boutique, their system auto populated a random address (not mine) and shipped to the wrong address. After a week of tracking the package through DHL they admitted they actually delivered it to another city an hour away. Dear lover, or should I say customer service representative “Sophia” said they would honor the guarantee on their website that they offer a full refund if you don’t receive your package if I sent an email explaining the situation. So I sent the email even though I had already spent the week explaining the situation to Sophia via WeChat. Her reply was I input the wrong address on purpose and not only would they not reship the items, but they would not refund my money. They quit returning my messages, and refused all customers service from that point. I’m out $160.00. Put this company out of business Order from a reputable sight.

I've ordered severalnitens from here for my store. The quality of blouses is just ok. The pants and shorts have been pretty good quality so far. Usually takes about 2 weeks maybe less for shipping. The major downside is shipping cost! It is outrageous! My last order of $109. The shipping was $85. Almost the price of my entire order. Ridiculous!

I ordered some face masks back on April 30, 2020 and have not received them nor have I received an email notification that they've been sent. Went through all the necessary steps to obtain an EIN and seller's permit to be able to open a boutique. I was so excited to find this site for wholesale items because it was cheap and clothes were super cute. Great for starting out! Ordered for the first time on Wednesday, May 6th. I spent a couple hundred dollars and have my cart loaded with new items to order depending on the quality of the first shipment. Shipping was a lot and stated 7 to 10 business days. I made a payment through PayPal and money was sent out immediately. Site states that items will be shipped within 2 working days. However, my status still states paid and has not been updated to processing, shipped, or whatever else they use after nearly a week. I have sent out multiple nice messages via their site and to the person I selected to deal with directly, Crystal. I even downloaded the What's app to reach out. I have yet to receive any response back at all about my order's status. Does not state on their site that there will be delays or to expect longer shipping and processing times. If that is the case, then please note this and others will be more understanding. I have everything in place to open and already put out money. Makes me hesitant to order from anywhere else. Very poor communication and not a good way to handle business. I wish I was the one that could be giving this place a 5-star review, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Update 5/26: I did receive my clothing 3 weeks after purchase to the day. The clothing appears to be excellent quality. The DHL dropshipping tracking site remained in shipped status for 2 weeks and never tracked the package. I did receive an email back from dear-lover back after a week of my inquiry. I am upping the rating due to quality of the clothing and I did receive what I ordered. I do still wish the communication was a little better on their end, but I do understand they are probably a busy company.

I ordered a ton of clothes and it was a total hit or miss with All. Customer service is TERRIBLE. I ordered a hoodie and received it with the hoodie sewn on backwards. The hoodie literally covered my face and there are pockets and strings so you can’t just flip it around. I sent pictures of the product and of me wearing it. I was told they couldn’t find a problem with it in the pictures and I could buy another in a new order. I didn’t even want a refund just a replacement it would be super cute if the hoodie was on right!

I ordered a couple swim pieces and a few dresses. The items were true to size. Shipping to NY took about 2 weeks. I didn't have to contact customer service for any of my needs as the tracking was up to date and items arrived within the time frame stated. The quality of the items were up to par and no complaints. will order again. The only reason it isn't a 5 star review is because I can't speak on customer service portion.

Quality is iffy, we don't know if we're getting from unethical labor and the fabrics are very cheap. Also, the customer service is absurd, I was trying things out to get a feel for what's good there and what isn't and even though I sent a direct message to have it sent to my boutique in another state (where she's been sending it) she sent it to my old address and that's money wasted. She should have canceled the order because she saw and responded to my request to have it shipped elsewhere.

Dear-Lover has great processing time which is why I am giving 4 stars. The quality of the clothing is selective. I have received some really good quality items other I would not order again. The shipping cost are just outrageous compare to other companies. I really only tend to order from them because of the fast processing time. The customer service can also be iffy. Sophia is good but I had have some issues. Order items in stock on the website to only find out they are out of stock and am only being refunded item cost and not some of the shipping. Also was never refunded previous shipping cost.

Do not buy from this company!! I bought some clothing for my boutique and the shirts I purchased arrived with no seams sewn. So, the shirts were fraying on the sleeves and bottom and I was unable to sell. They refused a refund or exchange. They also admitted to over charging me for shipping, but also refused to refund. Buyer beware. Horrible, horrible company.
